Dental Center of Hammond

Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was awake the whole procedure and felts everything. The last one was the worse pain. Suddenly, I felt a tingling sensation on the left side of my lip and then numbness. It's been 3 years and still do not have feeling on the left side of my lip. Apparently I have no recourse because I signed a waiver but I was never made aware that my tooth was so close to a nerve.

I waited in the waiting room for an hour in a half for my very first appointment here. I ended up leaving because , naturally I grew impatient . The wait is ridiculous. They overbook people . I had to find a better dental office .

I went into the office back in February and had services done and was informed I would need a Crown. I paid $425 that day and was told I would receive a call when the crown comes in. I called on last month and was informed that someone would look into the situation and give me a call. It is now June and I still haven't received a call about the Crown. I feel like I gave them free money and my issue is still not fixed after 4mon.

Worst place ever would not recommend going even if its the lowest price you can find. Time wait for the appointment was ridiculous they over book & give people the same time they gave you which is sad Glad i only got one tooth removed but its been a month and some time and half my tongue still has a lost of feeling Definitely going somewhere else

Waited 45 mins to be told I couldn’t be seen bc they "don’t have time to ask people all these questions & it would violate HIPPA" my response was "if I’m having a cleaning which is a surgery then you should ask these questions & you know what else violates HIPPA leaving the names of clients on a sign in sheet on the front desk" This place is a joke. Don’t come here.

I’ve had my teeth cleaned and some cavities filled here with no pain. Yes, the is waiting time but that’s at every dental center I’ve been to.

They left a huge piece of teeth in my gums. Now its been 3/4 it hurts and i feel like the extraction never happened!😫
