Hamilton Dental - Kevin Kallmeyer D.D.S.

Used to love this dentist. He took the practice over from Jeff and Jean. In the last year it has gone downhill. It started when no one called with reminders for appointments. Then they would reschedule the appointments and cancel them at 9pm the night before. Now you can't even get anyone to answer the phones or return a voicemail. I have spent 2 weeks trying to cancel my appointment and no one would answer. I even called their Maineville office and no one answered there either. The final straw came when they called the night before the appointments I tried to cancel and wanted to confirm them. When I firmly explained I've been trying to cancel them, the woman Sydney said "ok" and just hung up the phone. Do not use this dentist

So I took off work as I usually need to, to go to my cleaning appointment. I should have known something was off when they didn’t call to remind me of my appointment. I tried to call them the day before, no answer or way to leave a message. Arrived at my 9 am appointment, office locked up, snow not shoveled so it was impossible to park. Called them today when I got back to work and again no answer. I’ve noticed they no longer have a receptionist and the staff act frustrated doing the receptionist duties. Was a great dental office with previous owners but has seemed increasingly not as clean, and staff often rude. Don’t know if they are even still open as a business but looks like it’s time to find a new dentist.

I’m not a patient here but my sister is. Today at her appointment the hygienist refused to clean her teeth and threatened to call 911 if she didn’t leave the office. My sister suffers from severe anxiety and OCD and I won’t ever know what transpired at that office today but if she verbally lashed out it’s because she was provoked. She is a very kind person with a big heart and would give anyone in need her last dollar. Shame on your hygienist For not recognizing her issues and being more patient. She’s been in tears all day over this. I’ve worked in the dental field for 38 years and I’ve NEVER treated a patient this way. Shame on you. Open your eyes and be more empathetic. For her to even get out of the house and make it to this appointment was a huge accomplishment for her. You should be ashamed.
