Dental Care of Fairfield

I am a new patient and I was very impressed and highly recommend. The doctor and hygienist were very thorough, patient, kind, answered all my questions and kept me informed of everything they were doing. Very impressed with the Comfort Menu, ie., blanket, headphones, water, use of TV, etc. My only complaint and not really a complaint is that I was not informed of the diagnostic exam, xrays, 3D of my teeth, and new admit questions/forms which took over an hour to where I was told I may need to schedule another appointment just for my cleaning. Luckily, I did get my cleaning. The whole appointment took about 1 hr and 45 minutes. When I initially called to make my appointment, I said that I would be a new patient and need to schedule my cleaning. I was not informed of what was going to take place at the initial appointment and depending on the length of time I may need to schedule another appointment for my cleaning. Please, when a new patient calls to make an appointment, explain to them what that appointment is going to entail and the amount of time it may take. Thank you and you guys did a GREAT JOB!

Best dentist office I’ve been to! Dr. Grace and her team here are amazing! Ironically enough, I’ve never had a cleaning here but I have had all of my wisdom teeth pulled, a root canal, and some crown work done here. All of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Grace is kind and respectful. They’ve always gotten me in quickly for my appointments and make sure I leave comfortable and with an understanding of how to follow up with my care. If you need any dental work done I highly recommend Dental Care of Fairfield!

I was able to move up an existing appointment for a cleaning to look at a swollen gum issue. Casie explained everything to me clearly, adding both the cleaning and the gum issue. Great work. Great communication. Great office.

Staff was so accommodating getting me in quickly. Once there, they were very kind and went over and beyond in assuring I was kept comfortable during my appt. They did a very thorough exam and explained the treatment plan very well. Highly recommend!!

Dr Sandy and her staff provide excellent dental services. I had a terrible fear of dentists and they make me feel at ease. So glad I am a patient after many years of avoiding dentist.

These people right here!!!! OMG 😲 the best ever. Super friendly, super helpful, super down to business and a plan.. just SUPER even the doctor.... if you need a dentist and a family try here THEY ARE GREAT 👍 you'll really like them.
