I have been a patient of Hillcrest Dental for several years. They have friendly, casual-professional staff at the front desk and at checkout. I have never had to wait long once I check in and the one time they were running behind, they let me know and gave me an explanation. Dr. Jones is very empathetic, kind, and professional with a wealth of dental knowledge. The bonus for using Hillcrest Dental is the extended hours from most dental offices which makes it so convenient to find a day and time that works with my own work hours and my son did not have to miss classes. I highly recommend Hillcrest Dental!

Great dental visit from beginning to end. All the staff are so friendly and nice. Able to clean and polish my teeth with no pain and a noticeable difference when finished. I was instructed in ways to floss my teeth better which was very helpful. Very professional and everyone has the ability to make you feel at ease and well cared for.

This office is beautiful! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with amenities such as a coffee/tea bar, infused water, and Botox. Wait times are excellent, no excessive waiting. The staff is terrific, always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve come here for 10 years, have had a lot of work done, and will not trust another dental practice to offer the exceptional care I receive at Hillcrest Dental.

First dental experience in a long time. And this place is so nice. From the decor to the people. Dental assistant was great and patient. Also Kyra at the front desk took great care of me. She comes off as a person who loves people and it reflects in her demeanor and kind words. She made me feel at ease being my first time at a dental place in awhile. Thank you Hillcrest.

Dr. Jones is awesome! She is so gentle and kind, you just know how much she cares. She makes you feel so comfortable that there is absolutely no anxiety. The entire staff is great; everyone is so welcoming and so professional in what they do. I really look forward to my visits there because I know how well I'll be cared for and cared about. I do not give 5 stars unless a business is exceptional. Hillcrest Dental Group is customer oriented for comfort and timely service. Dr. Jones has done an excellent job and her business is an asset to the Gulfport community.

Kristine (or Christine) was excellent! She made sure that I was comfortable and was the first tech to actually "floss" my full mouth bridge work. Pleasant and personable. Chancy finished with my cleaning. Entire staff are great and I feel like a valued customer.
