Gresham Family Dentistry

My whole family goes to Gresham Family Dentistry. We moved to Damascus from out of state and had to find a good dentist, doctor, and car mechanic. How lucky we were to discover this amazing dental team through our new neighbor! From the moment we schedule an appointment to the friendly greeting at the front desk, everything feels smooth and welcoming. The hygienists are gentle yet thorough and our teeth always feel sparkling clean. Dr. Summer and her kind assistant Vanida are exceptional. They take the time to explain everything, from X-rays to fillings, and they treat my elderly parents with such care, ensuring their teeth stay strong for many more years. Their prices are also far more reasonable than other dentists we researched. Thank you, Gresham Family Dentistry, for making every visit a genuinely positive experience!

They are by far the best dental practice I've been to in all my 65 years. Most recently, they performed a procedure that was potentially very painful and uncomfortable. It turned out to be almost completely pain-free, as usual. They are very caring and compassionate people and always strive to take the best possible course, with great consideration for their patients comfort and finances. I've been very pleased with my experiences here. Cleanest facilities of any dentist office I've ever had. Equipment and practices all seem cutting edge. My hygienist, Brandi, is always gentle. Dr. Archibald noticed a slight shadow on a molar, but didn't jump the gun on a filing, which I greatly appreciate as nothing ever came of it. I had a chip repaired and it came with a great warranty. Admin and front office is on top of it, and willing to do pre-auth's for anything. Highly recommended.

I went to this dental office my whole life, even before Dr. Summer Archibald took over. About a year ago, I received a letter in the mail stating I can no longer see them for missing 2 appointments. I had no-showed 1 apt & cancelled the other. I called the office in shock stating I had only no-showed 1 (totally my fault) & the other I had cancelled. The office manager was very rude & didn’t care. I asked to her to talk to Dr. Archibald or have her call me, but of course that never happened. This was very upsetting because I saw this dentist my whole life, and my WHOLE family has as well. I have since found another dentist, but am still very upset about this (still waiting for a call back a year later..). I would have loved to keep seeing Dr. Archibald, but apparently the office manager has all the say so. I am a very easy patient, so can’t imagine how many other patients this manager has done this to. Very disappointing.
