I love the customer service and the office is wonderful but one problem that's going on is that every time I go in there and then come out I always have a bad sensitivity in my teeth that wouldn't go away when I come back in to get it fixed there's another problem where my teeth just hurt and it won't go away. With all my heart I would recommend Cascade family dental

Had my 1st visit at this location and I love that it has plenty of parking, staff are friendly, the office is clean and comfortable, equipment is all current and modern. The hygienist and dentist were both wonderful and I am happy to be a new patient. I 100% would recommend!

new to town I have trouble getting hold of someone in this office to schedule a new patient appt. Maybe there's something wrong with their phone line or on my end?! it keeps disconnecting when I tried to talk. Kind of bummed that I would have to search for another in-network provider 50 miles away with my insurance if I can't get this scheduling piece done here. Total waste of my time. I will change rating later on with updates on this.

The dentist was excellent unfortunately the front desk has an opportunity I'm being forthright with the medication. I found that it was hard to get a simple approval and had to call and remind repetitively during my leave of absence where is assistance after my surgery to see them for a large amount of work. And then once I was able to get there I was late due to the issues of getting dressed and so on and he was terribly rude asked me to come there just to receive a letter stating that I am no longer able to receive their services. I felt that it was inconsiderate especially after being out of work for 9 weeks and in a lot of pain and it could have been simply mailed to me there after a phone call for mail to me after I left the office very upset. I called to speak to the to the dentist receive no return call just felt it was really unprofessional how everything was handled it's unfortunate the dentist's really kind and very soft handed and the great work.

I have been completely denied dental care during the pandemic until I found this clinic. I am disabled and unable to wear a mask. This clinic let me in, treated me with dignity, care and respect. They let my caretaker wait in the waiting room for me until it was my time, called me back , let my caretaker stay right there with me. Every second, treating me with the ability to speak and care for myself. It was seriously some of my best care since becoming disabled. I would recommend this clinic to folks with disabilities or sensory issues.

We’ve been coming here for 2 years now. Great dentist. The staff is wonderful. We had a few dental emergencies and they were able to get us booked in at a reasonable time.

I switched to this dentist 2 years ago after my old dentist retired. He referred all his clients to Dr Yoon, and his dental hygienists from that practice also moved to Cascade Family Dental. I've known these hygienists since I was a kid and they both kick butt and are so kind and explain things so nicely. Dr Yoon is also a super great dentist, always really cheerful and never overcharging me for things. I've gotten a root canal and a few cavities done, and although I need more dental work done, they never pressure me into anything. They have also been very gracious with helping me work out a payment plan. Couldn't be happier with the service and treatment I receive here!!
