I absolutely appreciate this dental office. Walking in - there's a calming and clean atmosphere. The entire team is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I'm comfortable throughout any procedure. I never feel rushed and it feels like they genuinely care. The dentist here is skilled, gentle and compassionate. I’ve had everything from cleanings to more involved work done, and I’ve felt like I was in trustworthy hands. I also appreciate how modern and clean the office is — they use up-to-date technology and maintain the highest standards of hygiene. An example of this is - they designed & printed my crown within my appointment and put it on without having to schedule a follow up. I love how efficient they are with appointments and reminders. Scheduling has been easy so far, and I never have to wait long once I arrive. It’s a very well-run office.

I have been going here my entire life and let me tell you when Dr Oseniks retired, J was pretty nervous to see who’d replace him because he truly was one of a kind, but let me tell you I was very pleasantly surprised! Dr. Joe has been nothing but a very kind hearted Dr. and seems to truly care about his patients! Him as well as his staff have been the absolute best! I’ve seen the hygienist, Liz, for years and got switched over to a new hygienist and they are just so gentle and even more personable! I highly recommend and have recommended them to countless family members and friends and will continue to do so! I love the MI Roots team!

Love everyone on staff here! Amber at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating. I have learned that Dr. Joe will give the honest truth. He has never once made me feel pressured into getting work done that isn’t entirely needed. All of the girls do such a thorough job on cleanings and I love that they remember little details about me when I visit. I don’t feel like just a number here, and the staff is really intentional to take care of and get to know their patients. I would highly recommend!
