After reading some of the reviews, I must say that I was skeptical about going here, but once I got there, I was greeted in a timely manner. The front staff was so warm and welcoming, And when we finally got to meet our dentist, Dr. Gober, he was also very nice and informative. He let me know every thing that he was gonna do to my child step-by-step, and answered all the questions I had My son had to have surgery the next day to have his teeth fixed, And when we went, the appointment went so smooth we were back and preop not even five minutes after we got there Someone then came out and went over the plan of my son’s dental work that needed to be done made sure I understand everything and then about 30 minutes later my son was out. He was a little groggy at first, but no complaints his teeth do not hurt, and he was excited that he had silver teeth I highly recommend Dr. Gober

The lady who answered the call was extremely rude. From the get go you could tell there was an angry tension for no reason. They were disrespectful, scolding me, talked to you as if you were incompetent, put me on hold, and just abruptly hanged up on me. Won’t be taking my son here anymore. I wasn’t surprised there are tons of similar complaints in the reviews.

Recently moved to Grand Prairie and was in search of a good children’s dentist. I came across Dr. YoonTak at Grand Prairie Children’s Dentistry and was thoroughly impressed. The facility is clean, the staff is incredibly kind, and Dr. YoonTak was easy to talk to. She quickly helped us resolve an issue with my daughter’s dental bridge. I’ll definitely be bringing both daughters back for regular cleanings and I’m confident Dr. YoonTak can handle all their dental needs.

We are new to GP Children's Dentistry. Despite of some of the reviews, I was very happy with Dr. YoonTak. I felt very comfortable with all the advice I was given in regards to my toddler's teeth care. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

I just called my 8 year old daughter has been having pain in teeth. I took her to her regular dentist they said she has cavities and had to get the silver teeth. The dentist didn’t have any appts till January 2025 ( 2 months out). They referred me to this dentist. Prior to me contacting them to schedule I took my daughter to a dentist where a family member was able to get me in the next day. The dentist stated her teeth needed to be removed completely that the nerve was dead. They applied a needle anesthesia but my daughter wasn’t able to go through with the procedure. They don’t offer sedation or laughing gas so they referred me to get it done at a children’s pediatric. They mentioned the tooth needed to be removed asap within 10 days so the infection didn’t spread. I contacted this location and the front desk lady was so rude when I told her my daughter’s history and what they had done to her. She said the dentist you went to prior should be able to take care of you. Even after me explaining they couldn’t remove her teeth because she couldn’t tolerate it with the needle anesthesia. She basically told me I was hoping around seeing different dentist and I needed to get it together. How was I going to predict that my daughter needed her teeth removed that is not what I was informed originally. How was I going to predict that my daughter was not going to be able to tolerate the procedure and that the dentist I took her to the 2nd time wasn’t going to help. I will not be contacting them again, someone needs to evaluate the front desk ladies attitude. I am not the only review that has stated she is rude.

The staff here were FANTASTIC. my daughter knocked her front tooth out and they got her in right away same day even though we'd actually hadn't ever been patients there. They were so nice and understanding and explained everything thoroughly. They made my daughter feel better and did an amazing job reattaching her tooth. From the doctor to the staff to the cute waiting area, I can't say enough great things!
