Just had an amazing experience having my teeth whitened at the Glen Burnie Dental Group - I believe the Tech's name was Melissa? I'm so sorry - I'm bad with names... but she was very concerned about my comfort and provided me with exceptional service and care. I am very pleased with the outcome! My teeth look great again!!

Went for my cleaning and it was the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had! Quick and easy with thorough questions before they start just to make sure they have all your concerns addressed! I was terrified of all my previous dentists… they make me feel SO comfortable. I travel from harford county to go… worth the trip!

I wanted to make a real honest review just in case someone else experienced what I have . I made an appointment I think it was for like 3:00 as a new patient , I was called back after 40 mins of waiting . Which is not a big deal because I understand they are busy and it was a lot of patients in the lobby . But any who the staff that looked at my teeth and did my X-ray was really nice , the dentist was also really nice and kind . The issue I have is , I am a new pt with Medicaid insurance through Maryland healthy smiles . First they didn't clean my teeth at all just looked at it , which I thought a cleaning was apart of the new pt process ? But I guess not . But after looking at what I need to get done someone explained to me all the things I need to get done and how most of it was not covered by insurance , I needed a few fillings , a root canal, crown and a few of my teeth need to be extracted I was also having pain. Instead of booking me for the things that are covered by my insurance they wanted to start with the things I needed to pay out of pocket one was a root canal for about $400 . Something was telling me I should get another opinion. So I went to another Glen burnie Dentist right down the street . They cleaned my teeth , prescribed me meds for the pain I was having , they gave me a referral to get my wisdom teeth pulled and another teeth extracted which will also be covered by insurance accept for my $100 co pay . they also scheduled me for my filling that are covered by insurance . They gave me a referral for my root canal which is waiting to be approved by my insurance which I'm sure it will be and said nothing about me needing a crown ! I'm so happy I decided to get another opinion and I think others should too .

The dentist here are awesome and so is the staff. However, I give it a 1 star due to how the treat medicade patients. I referred many medicade patients here and they have come back with the same complaint. I initially thought it was just a me issue until they had the same issues. They are refusing medical treatment until the patients get recommended cosmetic treatment. I will be referring to another practice now. Follow up- I spoke with the director of operations. She states that the deep cleaning are not cosmetic, fine but my insurance company says other wise. However, the issue I have is other dentist have done all the recommended testing and the deep cleaning was not necessary ( they even disconnected my flippers). She stated its their policy that it must be done before any fillings or other work is done. That is fine, these policies should be told to patients in the beginning as most people with state insurance cant afford a $2 or 3 hundred dollar cleaning that is not covered by the insurance. In my opinion its also a burden on the patient who could be in pain and it cant be addressed. Because of my complaints she has discharged me from the practice which is okay as I have found another local dentist office who is great and now I dont worry about being in pain from a cavity or loosing teeth because I cant afford a expensive cleaning.

If you are looking for a place who cares for you. Go here! I have extreme dental anxiety and they made it very comfortable for me to get work done. I was in a lot of tooth pain when I came in. They worked things out to make sure I was taken care of and seen the next day to get work done to keep me out of pain for the holidays. The billing staff Jaime and Lori were amazing. The two dentists (Dr. Park and Dr. Manda) and their amazing dental assistants (Nastaaja and Carmen) who helped me were phenomenal. The front desk staff was amazing and very caring. If you are someone who is looking for a dental office where your mind can be at ease when it comes to dental work try this location. There is no harm in trying. Overall a great experience.

From walking in the door to leaving, my experience at GBD was superb. Starting with the esthetics..the lobby is cozy and welcoming. Next was my experience with Lucy(??) ..she is professional and easy. She was gentle with my mouth while taking my x-rays considering i was in pain. Not sure of the doctors name but he also took his time with me and answered alllll my questions. I hate the dentist but he reinstated my faith. And finally Miss Diane, this lady knows her stuff. I walked in NOT knowing i already had dental insurance. After talking with her about my insurance she hit a few buttons and to my surprise I DID have insurance. On the scale..5 just isn't enough...10/10..oh and the MUSIC was on point. Thank you GBD

From the time of entering the facility until the end of my visit, everything was excellent.. everyone seemed very friendly and caring. The atmosphere was also very welcomingundetsts Jaime was very helpful courteous and professional. I know its his job but it seemed to me he went above and beyond to help me. I am very terrified of dentist but I felt very comfortable with the visit. 2nd visit 11/18/25 everything was the same,staff were the same pleasantly welcoming people same courteous smile and exceptional services as the first visit. Brandon assistance made me feel so at ease. He helped me get over my fear of needles and dentist Michelle is sweet and pleasant. I love the fact that she explains everything about your procedure step by step and if you still don't understand she will break it down so that you will. The entire staff at Glen Burnie Dental are very professional and customer service is exceptional Thanks to everyone I've come in contact with. Connie L
