Nuger & Sircus: Sircus Ben DDS

Been seeing this office for over 20 years now. Primarily Dr. Nuger, but on occasion Dr. Sircus. Want to thank this staff for always being helpful. Most recently there was a cracked crown issue I had that the supplier stated was just out of warranty. Dr. Sircus thought that was unreasonable since we were so close to the date, so he waived the expense being passed on to me. This is how community takes care of each other. Dental work is never cheap for anyone, and its evident they understand the impact that has to families. Thank you, Dr. Sircus.

My whole family has been going here for at least 10 years. Never had any issues, all good experiences. They work with our insurance and keep everything easy for us.

The staff is always very pleasant and cheerful. The hygienists are gentle and again pleasant to be around. I have had both Dr. Nuger and Dr. Sircus and both are very professional and knowledgeable. They also have explained to me what they look at in an x-ray, which no dentist has ever explained before. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Avoid this dentist at all costs! The reviews on Facebook and other sites are all accurate. While the service the dentists offer is good, the real issue coming with billing! They overcharge what was agreed, send wrong invoices to both the patient and the insurance company and it’s a mess! Way to much back and forward for something so simple. I was warned by a friend and I should have listened. If you have the patience and the time to go back and forth with your insurance company and this incompetent billing department then go for it. If you want hassle free billing I would recommend looking else where

Doctor Marc Nuger is outstanding. He is a great problem solver and warm person. The results of his dental work is superb and time tested. I have a great experience with him and his staff and I would recommend anyone to at least consult with him before having any dental work performed by someone else.

We have been going to Dr. Nuger and Dr. Sirius for almost 10 years now and love them. They always seem to remember who we are despite only seeing them twice per year. They are very flexible with scheduling if something comes up. Their staff is really friendly, too. Never had any issues.

I have been seeing Dr. Sircus for over ten years for the same two front teeth that keep chipping due to genetically thin small teeth and aging. The last couple of years I have gotten the vibe that he doesn't care about the quality of his work or giving me cosmetically looking composite work on my teeth, he is rushing and he's not very personal. They are chipping more frequently for no other reason than bad work and not to mention way OVERPRICED! Another time I had a painful tooth, made an appt and when I showed up they said I had no appt! They rescheduled me but the next day the tooth cracked. If I had been seen when promised that most likely wouldn't have happened. I will never go back!
