Glen Burnie Dental Care

This dental office is absolutely phenomenal. I booked online for the exact next day. I went in today thinking I had a tooth infection and needing a root canal from what other places have told me in the past. They assured me that I did not need a root canal. I also went in thinking they took my insurance but they didn’t and their front desk spoke with me in depth about my insurance gave me affordable options so I could proceed with my exam. My first visit was free and we went over a plan that was affordable to pay out of pocket. Their team gave me reassurance and educated me when I had any questions. Their whole staff showed me empathy, compassion, and kindness. I usually get super anxious at dental offices but not this one, they made sure I was okay the whole time, and always asked if I had questions. I give my highest recommendation for this place.

Everyone, from check in to check out was wonderful. I saw both doctors yesterday (dr, P) today dr.Z. They were both kind, intelligent, the explained and answered questions were patient and super understanding. Nicole and Dawn assisted the drs and seriously… life savers Rose helped me figure stuff out and was genuinely kind and caring. It was a great experience and I have a follow up soon!!!

Love the new office and love the staff, however, I had to wait over 20 mins to see the dentist and then wait a while again for the treatment plan to be presented because they did not have the correct insurance on file for me (despite filling out paperwork beforehand with the info). I also don’t like how you have to pay for services before the claim is submitted to insurance. I feel like they basically give their best guess as to how much insurance will pay. I’d rather just be billed after insurance claim is submitted than have to check how much they paid and then compare to what I paid and then decide if I should leave a credit on my account or get a refund.

This is the best dental facility I have been to in my entire life. I’ve moved around alot due to military and my first visit here for a routine cleaning was awesome! Summer and Dr. Johnson were very professional, thorough and answered all of my questions! I’m looking forward to this facility being my new home for dental care!! So glad I found them!

Top notch dental office! I recently came on as a new patient and I am very pleased with my experience. I had an initial exam where a treatment plan was laid out with musts and also some recommendations. Everything was explained thoroughly. Questions were answered appropriately. Had my teeth cleaned the next day and I have no complaints. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been coming to this dentist since the doctor mann days when I was a teenager! I am now 56 years old and until I leave Maryland I will continue to come here! they are the best, they always have been the best, and from what I can tell they always will be the best around!!!
