Offsetting all the negative reviews because I know these guys are great. We’ve been going to them for years. Front desk is strict. The techs are amazing and Dr Lanio is professional and caring. Best dentist in Glen Burnie.

Rude receptionist. Had a to reschedule a few times due to my work schedule always changing so they dismissed me as a patient. That’s fine but the receptionist is extremely rude

My appointment at Arundel Dental Group was easily the best dental experience I have ever had. The administrative staff were kind and efficient. Dr. Heisman provided exceptional care. As a military referral patient, his thorough approach and attention to my comfort was refreshing. He took time to review my medical history and was receptive to my concerns. Both he and his assistant (who was very sweet and funny) maintained interesting conversation which—along with the nitrous, lol—helped ease my nerves. I really wish I could make this my permanent dental home. I highly recommend this practice for anyone, especially those with dental anxiety.

Total fraud I was on list appointment for 7 months for a cleaning and I get there and they start trying to do all these X-rays and everything else which I told them I couldn't afford cause insurance only covers cleaning when I made the appointment and they told me to leave. *** DR ROSS CAUSED ME TO REQUIRE A ROOT CANAL *** *** RECEPTIONIST THE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL *** I am not sure where my review went, but to make sure no one ends up in the situation I did. This place is AWFUL. Unless you want to end up with a root canal - DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Dr. who nicked my nerve was Ross Heisman. Following his "treatment" I was in so much pain to the point walking outside in winter was excruciatingly painful. The work-order was for 4 total teeth. Following the treatment, I had XRAYs taken and not only was my pain caused by a nicked nerve - the work ordered was not completed and I had to go get that done as well. A 1-hour appointment caused my a year of appointments to fix the issue. Date of Care: December 7th, 2023.

Stay away from this place. All they do is bill your insurance and never do what you want done. I’m a firm believer if it’s your mouth, you decide what to do with it. The receptionist the dentist and the assistant is very unprofessional. You can never get what you need from this place. I have so many bad words I could use to describe this place. Please read this review and STAY AWAY!!!! You will never get what you need. And you will end up regretting it and have a rack of charges to your insurance.

Was a patient here for many years. Had an appointment one day and had a critical emergency at work due to servers going down. Last thing on my mind was to cancel my appointment. Arundel Dental Group called me later and asked why I didn't come and I told them I got extremely busy at work and that I would call as soon as I can to reschedule. They told me they will have to charge me $25.00 (maybe less, cant remember) for missing the appointment. I just said I got to get back to work. Got a bill in the mail and I gave them a call asking to waive the fee. I never missed an appointment before. They wouldn't waive the fee, so I paid the fee and told them to close my account. Found a different dentist. Life happens. Some things are out of our control but to not give me a pass once, after paying well over a thousand sense being with them for years wasn't acceptable to me.
