Always a positive experience. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and caring. Her team has always assisted me with care even my daughter love them and she hates going to the dentist. Haleigh assisted me today and every time she is there I know that my visit will be a good one. I’m never left to wonder. Abby assisted me with checking out. She always has an inviting presence. Everyone here is great! I love that they also follow up with you after having a procedure done.

The absolute BEST dental practice. My dental hygienist Sara is fantastic - she makes sure everything is perfect and all my questions are answered before I leave the chair. (It doesn’t hurt that she always says I have a great smile 😁) I’ve been going here since I’ve moved to Memphis, and I can’t imagine relying on anyone else with my smile! 🦷🪥

I can’t say enough great things about Germantown Smiles! The staff always makes me feel like family and gives me the best dental care I’ve ever had. A special shoutout to Sara, my favorite hygienist! She’s incredibly thorough, gentle, and always takes the time to explain what she’s doing. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their comfort. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I actually look forward to my appointments because of her! Germantown Smiles has been absolutely awesome. I have been to 4 different dental offices in my life. I typically have never had any strong opinions on my dental care provider but Germantown Smiles has by far provided the best dental care I’ve ever received. They have blown me away enough to write this review. I have been dealing with some nerve pain in my teeth for the past year and they have walked with me every step of the way. I also go to a college 8 hours away from Memphis and they were still able to provide care by offering tips, prescriptions, and finding emergency dental care in my local area. Every person who works in the clinic has a bright smile that makes visits so enjoyable. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had a very pleasant visit to Germantown Smiles (Wilson and Patel Dental). Haliegh cleaned my teeth and informed me the best way to brush and floss and recommended ways I could do better. Dr. Patel has a very calming nature and explained everything in detail. I was interested in Invisalign and they scanned me while I was there and showed me a simulation of what my smile could look like, I was very impressed. The ladies up front were amazing and explained my treatment plan in detail including all cost. They were very professional on the phone and in person. The office was very clean and the staff looked happy to be there.. I found my new dental home ❤️
