Stay away if you are low-income / don't have great dental insurance, & have complicated health history. Second time here. Front desk staff and dental hygiene assistants can be friendly. Short wait time is nice, too. I found the dentist however to be very condescending. She was patronizing & spoke to me very slowly, like one would speak to a toddler or to someone who you felt didn't understand the language you spoke. My first visit, she was rude and kept asking why I didn't get certain procedures done, even after explaining, as a student, I did not have adequate insurance and would have had to pay out of pocket for treatments which she herself said would cost upward of $1,500. "Did they not explain you needed to get a subsequent procedure?" "Why wouldn't you get it done?" "Since you waited so long and didn't do it... they told you to do it right?" "Did you just not want to get it done?" "If you did the procedure, you would have a much better outcome, but since you didnt". Today (they are the only local dentist that accepts my insurance) she was again condescending. I explained I had a cold sensitivity on my front teeth and asked if the water could be made warmer. She said (very slowly) "the weather is cold. I can not make the water coming out of the tube warmer". I didn't know what the weather had to do with it so I asked what she meant and she repeated herself just slower.

This was the most UN professional disrespectful dentist I have ever been to. I had went to another place before that was way out of my way and they couldn't pin point what was wrong with my teeth and why they hurt. My coworker in did up Telling me about this place and I thought maybe they could help. I called and scheduled an appointment and the front desk told me she would check my insurance and if everything was ok they will see me today. I made this appointment the beginning of the week and she said if anything was wrong she would call me back and she didn't. I get to the dentist and they took xrays and then the dentist came in. I said i hope we can figure out what's going on. I told her that I had x-rays done a couple months ago but they couldn't really help me out and she proceeded to tell me that I need to self pay for my visit because I can only get x-rays once every 6 months I told her that she cannot bill a medicaid patient her front desk girl should have checked my insurance like she said she was going to do before they saw me I was extremely polite and she looked at me and she said disrespectful "we are done here" and so i left. Dad was their error for not verifying insurance and checking benefits because I don't know exactly what dental covers it's always a catchy situation with medicaid because they did not do their job they denied me services and try to make me pay. This was so unprofessional and disturbing. I will never refer them.

I have been going to this dental office for a few years and I think they do a great job. I recently came in because I was having tooth pain and I was able to get my filling done right away. I’m really grateful that it’s not hurting any more.

No complaints. I was seated by my appointed time, and the dentist started working on me within 20 minutes. She was very friendly and seemed to do a good job. I'll continue to see her in the future.

Overall great experience. Been coming here for years and I have always felt well taken care of. Staff is very friend and the Dentist is very kind and knowledgeable.
