I was here for the first time to have my dental cleaning and let me tell you, the most thorough cleaning ever. It made me question what other dentist even do when then "clean" your teeth. Definitely coming back!

Great experience and staff! After trying several other dentists who said I had cavities when I did not or tried to push add ons that were not needed, this was a breath of fresh air. Clean and respectful of my resources and time.

Scheduled a teeth cleaning weeks in advance. Showed up, and waited around for a hygienist who was late. Then was informed if I can't provide my previous XRay, they would refuse to clean your teeth without forcing an additional almost $200 xray. Should've told me on the phone before the appointment so I wouldn't have wasted half of a work day on this useless appt. Could've easily had the documents available if i was given prior instruction. Lady at front desk was rude and unfriendly with fixed scowl. Not coming back and not recommending anyone else (3 prior recommendations here that did over 5 figures in business). This place sucks!

Chipped front tooth needed bonding. Was able to been seen immediately. Very quick visit, 30 minutes. Paper forms. Standard not lengthy Clean sleek waiting area. Friendly front desk. Clean spacious office Friendly doctor and assistant. No numbing front bonding. Beautiful work. Will return soon

staff are super nice and accomodating, i’ve had dental trauma most of my life and i’ve found it easy coming here! will be recommending to friends & family. Dr was happy to fix an error with a crown and made it a painless process for me

Dr. Chun and his staff have always been excellent with me. I see most of bad reviews are due to scheduling issues. I've never had issues rescheduling. Just call them during office hours and they will get you in. They have Saturday hours, but likely not every Saturday given vacation/holidays. My recommendation would be to talk with the front desk, don't try to schedule everything online. Dr. Chun has great bedside manner. Use of cool tech such as video screens to show cavity/soft spot and 3D mapping of teeth to make customized night guards. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have been patients here for the last 6 years and have had consistently positive experiences, from cleanings to more complex procedures like crowns, bone grafts. The office is clean and comfortable. Dr. Chun and his friendly staff provide thoughtful care, taking time to understand needs without pushing expensive unnecessary treatments. Appointments are easily scheduled within 1-2 weeks, even urgently if needed. The staff helps with insurance, billing, and follow-ups. They make a point to call and confirm visits. After getting second opinions a few times, I choose to stick with Dr. Chun for all dental needs. I would recommend Crown Dental to anyone seeking a reliable local dentist.
