I usually feel nervous about dental visits, but this experience was honestly stress-free. I’m so grateful to have found such a kind and professional team!

I am phobic (not a clinical definition) about going to dentists and doctors. However, Dr. Li and her staff have always made me feel as best I could about my time spent doing the right thing for my teeth! I have found the staff welcoming and knowledgeable about the workings of the office. They also are aware that I have to schedule my appointments to align with other specialists, and they help me to do that before I leave the office. Insurance is always a concern, and with their knowledge, I have had all my questions answered about insurance coverage. Erica, the hygienist, is calm and knowledgeable and skilled and helps me with my issues on gum health. Most importantly, Dr. Li is professional and knowledgeable and respectful and caring. I cannot say enough about her skills and her manner. She takes the time to assess my issues, hear my concerns, and offer suggestions and solutions. I thank you all for what you do to make an anxious patient feel okay about visiting a dentist!

Dr. Li is an incredible dentist! I’ve been her patient for over a year now, and every time I visit her office, I’m treated with utmost professionalism and courtesy. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. They never hesitate to discuss any financial obligations with me in a transparent manner, and the service I receive is consistently impeccable. I’ve been a patient at Kentlands Family Dentistry for a couple of years now and I can say that one of the best things about the practice not only is how small and family friendly it is but how wonderful the staff and Dr. Li are with their patients. They are so welcoming and kind. My kids are now coming to the practice and we love it. The staff always manages to make our appointments all together and we are seen quickly. The appointment reminders are great as well and they are always able to answer any questions I have and direct me to the right person if something can’t be done at her practice. They have been nothing but amazing. Highly recommend ♥️
