I was very impressed with the quality of care and the attention to detail at this practice. The front desk is very friendly and it was very easy to make up an appointment here. I initially saw Vladis Who did a very thorough initial screening of my teeth and was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions… He explained the process and the procedures very well and I was very impressed with the level of attention that I received . Dr Kang is a very gentle dentist with a pleasant manner and my teeth were cleaned thoroughly… They both are very responsive to questions and concerns that you may have and they just want you to have the best oral health possible

I had a wonderful experience here getting some work done after several subpar experiences elsewhere that gave me anxiety. Christy with the front desk was so helpful, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Ricardo was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Dr. Kang listened to my questions and helped me make some important decisions. I don't live close but will continue driving to Gaithersburg to go here.

Sorry I forgot the name of person assisted me in front desk. She is very kind and helped to get an emergency appointment for my wife. Thank you ! Dr.Kang is Very professional, well mannered and polite, he explains the issue, discuss the options. I did my cleaning too with him. Clinic is very clean, I will definitely recommend

I am so happy I found this dentist office, it wasn’t just an appointment, it was an experience! This place is super clean and well kept, I never seen a bunch of people waiting. Instead they’re usually already in their rooms already being worked on or attended to. One thing I love about this place, they’re great on timing. You’re not left in the waiting area forever, instead you are straight to your appointment within minutes (as long as you’re on time - it takes 2). Another great quality is this place offers in house insurance for those who don’t have dental insurance. It helps a lot with the additional price reductions/discounts especially since dental work isn’t cheap. The staff here is amazing and adds icing to the cake. Rain (my favorite weather and now name) was so great and helpful when I needed to reschedule. She was quick with email responses and followed up when there was an earlier availability. Danny was super friendly and funny, I appreciated his sensor of humor which goes a long way. Dr. Wassner was extremely informative and punctual. She explained things about my teeth I wasn’t aware of and provided great advice to ensure longevity for a longer lasting smile. Durrel was missed, he was a nice face to see at this location and was always helpful. Apparently, he is now in the Olney, MD location. The rest of the staff (assistants) were a pleasure to meet. Unfortunately, I forgot their name but this location definitely did a great job on putting the right people together. I look forward to coming back for as long as I have teeth lol. This place is definitely worth the place to have your teeth cleaned and screened.

This was supposed to be my first appointment as a new patient, scheduled two weeks in advance, and I specifically organized my day off around it. The office’s regular opening time was already 10:00 AM, yet two days after a snowstorm (which happened on Sunday), they decided to open even later on the day of my appointment. I received a single call from an unknown number, which I did not answer, followed by a voicemail and an email stating that my appointment had been canceled because they were unable to reach me by phone. There was no confirmation from my side, no attempt to text, and no reasonable window given to respond before canceling altogether. I understand weather-related adjustments, but the snowstorm was not on the day of the appointment, and the office already opens late in the morning. Canceling a patient’s appointment without direct confirmation, especially a new patient who waited weeks and planned time off, shows poor communication and lack of respect for patients’ schedules. This experience made me lose confidence in the practice before even being seen. If this is how scheduling and communication are handled, I’m not comfortable trusting them with my care. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office, particularly for patients who value reliability and clear communication.

This was the worst dentists office I have ever been to in my life. I tried to go a week earlier and was not seen for 30 minutes past my scheduled time. When I inquired, they could not provide me a time I would be seen and said I should have been told to allot 90 minutes for an appointment. I was not told that previously and had to go to work. I left, but I decided to give them a second chance. I returned the following week and had to walk out. Firstly, they claimed they did not receive my xrays in Mychart (sent directly to the dentist) and to the front desk a week after making my appointment. I resent them in the office, and they still could not find them. The front office desk did not know their own personal email address and had given me the wrong one. Now 45 minutes into my 90 minute appointment and still no exam. When the dentist came in I asked him straight out, I need to be out of here by 1130, I was told 90 minutes. Will I be done in time. He would not answer me directly and finally told me it would be 2 hours!!!! I had to go to work, so I left again. Two hours for a simple cleaning is outrageous. The staff is not organized and the dentist does not know how to manage time, or customer service.

It was my first visit. Pleasant office staff but the dental cleaning experience by Dr. Kang was not great. It felt punitive after I declined the advanced cleaning option that costs 375 dollars. Can’t imagine what the "Deep cleaning" costs! Water was sprayed all over my face during the cleaning and ran down my neck. If you are interested in the free dental cleanings twice a year, be sure to specify this before you go.
