Premier Dental Team

I had a wonderful experience in my tissue graft surgery performed by Dr. Craighead, Cheyenne, Jess and Kristen. It’s been over 15 years since I had dental implant surgery by the Premier Dental Team. My constant care and attention has paid off along with the hands of wonderful people. And yes! I am the very own dentist Ada Y. Parra from Premier Dental Team. From being the provider to receiving the care I need and I would want for my patients.

I had a great new patient experience. I was able to book my appointment online. Days later I received a call to go over what to expect and find out my concerns, expectations. Every person I interacted with were professional, kind and reassuring. The hygienist was incredibly kind, understanding & patient. She explained every step, every detail! I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to visit this practice.

Excellent experience. Dr. Parra explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions. Dr. Craighead is an excellent surgeon. The procedure went quickly with very little discomfort during and after surgery. I was amazed! Jess and the other staff were very nice and accommodating. Also very good follow- up after surgery. I was very pleased with Premier Dental.

Impression that they want to push implants on you. Rather poor visit. I was in the exam room alone more than when dentist or assistants were present. I thought I would get a more thorough exam than just a CAT scan. People came in , ask a question and leave. Tick-Tock. Wait. Wait. Happened a few times. Almost walked out. Other patients were having work done, so obviously I was just a fit in. This appt change was not done on my request. I am used to a more professional experience while at the dentist. If you have an appt, than that's your time with dentist and assistant. Very disappointed.

My first visit was a good one! I have a SERIOUS fear of dentists offices and dental work. It has stemmed from a lifetime of mouth, teeth, jaw issues and pain. It was very easy to relax and release my anxiety while there. My first procedure is in three days. Hoping for the same results. The Dr.'s there have excellent credentials etc... so I'm positive, all will be well. Dawn Bain Steele, PH.D

Tracy was very gentle during my procedure. She explained each step before proceeding. She answered all my questions before I left the appointment. Great Job Tracy!

I think ,This is a family run cercus . The office manager decides your dental medical procedure not the dentist. She decides what the dentist will do and what you will pay for . The dentist just dose what the office lady can sell you. I would not recommend putting medical dental health in the hands, office product manager . I understand family run business but the medical dentistry part should be decided by the dentist in my opinion. You know the person that went to collage to become a dentist.
