I had my first cleaning at Smile Lounge and it was such a great experience! The office is absolutely beautiful and welcoming, and the entire staff was amazing. Chey and Dr. Cho were especially wonderful—both were so sweet, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Cho was thorough and attentive, and Chey was warm and caring. I’m so glad I found Smile Lounge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dental experience.

I recently went in for a new patient consultation with Taylor, the dental hygienist, and I had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how beautiful and welcoming the office is, it has a modern, aesthetic vibe that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Taylor was incredibly patient and attentive. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel heard, which I truly appreciated. I decided to go ahead with a deep cleaning, something I’m usually pretty hesitant about because they can be uncomfortable. But this experience was completely different from what I expected. Their technology is very modern, which made the whole process much smoother and far less uncomfortable than past experiences I’ve had elsewhere. It wasn’t painful, and everything felt efficient and well done. Taylor was extremely thorough, she carefully checked every nook and cranny, especially the areas where I had been feeling sensitivity. If you’re nervous about deep cleanings like I usually am, I highly recommend coming here. The entire experience was surprisingly stress free, and I left feeling confident about my dental care.

First time coming to this location and I loved it! Taylor and Dr. Song were so knowledgeable. They taught me that I should be changing my retainers at least every 2 years which I did not know and am glad I know now to keep my teeth looking great. Beautiful place! All staff were amazing! As a new Texas resident, I was searching for a new dentist after having the same one for over 25 years. After researching my options, I chose Smile Lounge based solely on the positive reviews. Vanessa was the person I spoke with when I called to schedule my appointment. She was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions in a way that immediately put me at ease. I also really appreciated the follow-up text on the day of my appointment with clear instructions on where to park and where to go — such a thoughtful and helpful touch! From the moment I walked in, I noticed the calming atmosphere. The office was spotless, smelled amazing, and was beautifully designed. Check-in was quick and I was called back right on time. Tina (I apologize if I got your name wrong!) took my X-rays and greeted me with the biggest, warmest smile. Her positive energy was contagious! She made a genuine effort to build rapport and ensured I felt completely comfortable the entire time. Taylor was my dental hygienist, and she was equally wonderful. She explained everything thoroughly, was gentle, and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I truly felt cared for and confident in her work. The doctor was great. He was warm, engaging, and took his time getting to know me. He did not rush our time together. His professionalism and genuine interest made a lasting impression. Overall, the entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to my next cleaning appointment!

Dr. Cho and Dr. Song are great dentist. They take their time to explain and go over treatment and listen to their patients concerns. The staff is very friendly and always laughing. Come here if you want to be heard and well taken care of. interested in veneers and would like a dentist that is very detail and pays attention to the smallest detail. Come to smile Lounge they will go over everything with you from showing the before and after treatment with a smile design. both doctor will make sure you are happy with the final results!

My hygienist, Taylor, was warm and welcoming! She told me everything she was doing and checked in consistently during my cleaning. The office is also incredible—very comfortable and very clean.
