Our family has been going to AI Family Dental for over six years now. We first found them after moving to Dallas, and they have truly been the best dentist experience we’ve had. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the dental hygienists are very professional. My cleanings have never been painful, and even during pregnancy, when my gums were more sensitive, they took great care to make me comfortable. My parents visit from overseas and don’t have dental insurance, and whenever they had dental issues, including extractions, we always brought them here. Dr. Liao is extremely professional, patient, and trustworthy, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We also have two young kids, and they’ve been coming here since their first teeth. The team is amazing with children ,my kids have never cried or been scared during visits, and they even get small toys afterward, which they love. Overall, this clinic feels very caring and family oriented. I highly recommend AI Family Dental to anyone in the Dallas area looking for a reliable and gentle dentist！

Highly recommend this dental clinic! I took my two kids here for a dental visit, and it was honestly the only dental office I’ve ever been to where we didn’t have to wait at all — that already made the experience feel so much better! At a previous dental office, we were told my child had three cavities, but this time the dentist carefully checked and explained that there was actually only one. They also took X-rays for us. We are self-pay, and their pricing was more affordable than other places, but they did not skip any steps or reduce any part of the process just because it was cheaper. The dentist was very professional and truly cared about my child’s experience. I originally wanted my child to get the filling done, but once the dentist tried and noticed my child was very resistant, they stopped the treatment. I really appreciated this decision because forcing it could make a child afraid of dental visits in the future. They handled it in a gentle and respectful way. Also, they did not charge any extra fees even though the procedure wasn’t completed, which I found very fair and honest. Communication with the front desk was smooth — they were proactive, responsive, and helped us schedule everything quickly. Overall, a great experience. I’m very happy we found this clinic! Goooood！

AI Dental is truly our family’s favorite dental clinic. We absolutely love everything about this place! Every single staff member is incredibly responsible, caring, and sweet. We actually look forward to our check-ups because the experience is always so positive. From the front desk to the manager, the dental assistants, and of course the dentists. Everyone makes us feel genuinely cared for. My daughter is 6 now and has been coming to AI Dental since she was 3. Before we found AI Dental, we had tried a few other dental clinics, and every visit ended with her in tears and feeling overwhelmed. The difference at AI Dental was immediate and remarkable! They were the first team who truly understood how to care for a child’s emotions. Now she walks in with confidence and leaves with a big smile. Kids’ reactions are the most honest, and hers says everything. After 3–4 years, the staff at AI Dental truly feel like friends and family to us. I’ve recommended several friends here, and every single one of them has shared the same positive experience. Ai Family Dental truly IS a family for its patients. Every time I walked into the clinic, there would be friendly staff who greeted me and settling me for my appointment. Whenever I have a question regarding the appointment or treatment, they would offer me an unbiased and professional recommendation. Both the nurse and the dentist were also pretty nice! Honestly had a great experience at this clinic. I brought my mom in for a tooth extraction, and everything went very smoothly. Dr. Liao was patient and gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped her feel at ease. The recovery went very well, better than we expected. I also want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff, especially Christine — she was incredibly kind and helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism from the entire team.
