ID GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I CAN Ive literally been trying to get in contact with them for 3 weeks ! For starters i need to schedule my follow up appointment, When i called nobody answered they proceeded to schedule my appointment without even calling me and seeing what day i was available! HORRIBLE. Mind you i work at a hospital so its literally impossible for me to call out last minute because someone went and scheduled my appointment without seeing if i was available or not. Now that ive been trying to contact them to schedule i cant get in contact with anyone! this is so unprofessional and horrible customer service! i literally left voicemails after voicemails nobody has contacted me ! even the first time i was trying to schedule i had to call a different dental location for them to get in contact with them to get in contact with me ! this is literally disgusting ! then if you show up to make ur own appointment its a problem ! hire a new receptionist because he or she clearly cant do their job in a timely professional manner !
Someone should call the administrator of this hospital and complain about this dental clinic!!! They never answer the phone!!!! This is unacceptable!!!!
I saw Dr. Tovah this afternoon she was incredible! The staff were all very friendly and professional
On 4/15/25 I returned for a completion of a root canal, as I was leaving the filling and a small portion of my tooth began disintegrating. On 4/25/25 I returned hoping to be informed of a cap, instead I was told that the tooth is cracked & that I would need an extraction. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. When I questioned the DDS Todd Bruckner, he blankly replied not to question his job. I immediately asked for a 2nd opinion a person in charge of another area began questioning him about the size of the stems he placed in. Yes they were incorrect. I became distraught, unhappy and disengaging.
I did a walk in on a Thursday morning hoping to get an emergency tooth extraction (my wisdom tooth was impacted and they do surgeries on Thursday morning). I didn’t even wait 5 minutes and they called me to the back. The staff are really nice and Dr. Abir took really good care of me along with the dental hygienist. I will admit I have had problems with making appointments over the phone (it’s just not possible) but if you go in person to the front desk it’s very easy to make an appointment.
I was scheduled for 9:15 appointment for orthodontist consultation with Mary Grigoratos. I waited for this appointment for 3 months. I was in the waiting room for more than 1hr waiting for them to take me and they never did. I saw people coming after than me and seeing the dr. I was shocked. The Dr.Grigoratos keep seeing other patient even though they had later appointment. They didn’t even bother to inform me that I should be waiting for 1hr or even more. According to the receptionist there and the nurse there was a patient taking to long but never saw that patient. This is unacceptable for presbytery hospital to have this customer service. They made me pay upfront for her.
they really paid to wipe the negative reviews off google is hilarious, this place had over hundreds of 1 star reviews for a reason. Terrible place. They never answer the phone, once you finally make an appt it’s MONTHS waiting + they lost my paper work and just couldn't find me on their portal? + big lady who does reception has a nasty attitude every single time I go for no reason, how are you the one scheduling me (making me wait 2 + hours when I show up on time on MY APPT & you are the one mad at me?) makes no sense . Needed to make appt again and of course no answer straight to voicemail like usual
