My hygienist is the BEST. Ive been going here for a while now but it's my first time with Jia and man I'm very very happy with my experience. Jia is extremely knowledgeable, gentle and thorough! I'm glad I found her and will be requesting her EVERY 6 months.

Very nice clean place brand spanking new staff treats you right once you're inside but we definitely have some kinks to be worked out immediately especially the very start of the new year, please do NOT leave patients in the back seated in chair with out anyone letting them know you're short staffed or you only have 1 dentist working that isn't professional at all I truly understand you wanna bill the local 3 insurance to make your money but please please don't have a heart and keep these local 3 members and family updated on what causes the delays ppl have things to tend and places to be they shouldnt have to rush in bad weather icy road conditions just to be on time and then be forgotten once they arrive to only be asked not to leave after 45mins to a hour after waiting not hearing from any staff let's try to all work together in a respectful manner and keep great relationships with one another.

I had a good experience at the office today. I met the receptionist, Trish. She was awesome and very caring. During my time there, she checked in on everyone who had appointments and offered refreshment as well. I commend Trish for her work.

Clean, super professional, super patient. The receptionists Trish & Naomi are absolutely kind and Dr Kavi and Dr shah treat you like family. I love it here ❤️

Dr. Kavi is honestly amazing. He removed my partner’s wisdom teeth, and from start to finish, we felt completely cared for. He was incredibly accommodating — checking in through text or call no matter the time — and his kindness just made such a difference during what could’ve been a stressful process. You can tell he really cares about his patients. And Trish at the front desk? She’s the kind of person who makes you want to go to the dentist. So friendly, easy to talk to, funny, and just full of light. Every time we walk into that office, she makes it feel warm, welcoming, and honestly joyful. This whole office radiates kindness and positivity. It’s rare to find a dental office that feels this good. Thank you, Dr. Kavi and Trish, for making something that usually feels nerve-wracking into something we’ll actually remember with a smile. 🦷✨

They are incredible and have amazing patience with their clients. I highly recommend them. They are gentle and kind with a wealth of experience.

If I could give more stars I would. I am VERY afraid of the dentist due to past experiences and this place could not have done a better job in making me feel less anxious and scared. It starts with Trish in the front… what a lady! She hugged me when I told her of my fears. Then came Imani and Victoria inside for registration… they were just as lovely and caring. I got my x-ray done by Marquis (sorry if misspelled) and he was so charming and comforting (also gave me a hug) and Karina helped me with my vitals.. very pretty and kind. Then came Dr. Kavi Shah who noticed right away w/o me saying that I was nervous and anxious. He made me feel safe and know that I will be in good hands. With the infections I had and the anticipated extractions, I did not feel as scared to go through the procedures I needed. This is the dental facility template ALL dental facility should be following. The kindness, the care and compassion they have for their patients is no less than outstanding. I am glad to be working across the street from this place because I know I will be in good hands. Thank you, Electchester Dental. Dr. Shah, Victoria, Imani, Karina, Marquis and Trish.
