Frederick Dental Suite

First time going back to Frederick Dental Suite since Dr Sherman and Mary have retired. I will say that the customer care has not skipped a beat. Angie is a follow up queen at the front desk and she genuinely loves her job. Jessica is a fantastic addition to the team. She was personable, knowledgeable and just a bubbly personality. Dr Yun is the definition of a professional. Came into my room and greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake and went over my plan. Super thrilled with how my visit went and excited for my next appointments.

Dr Yun is literally the best dentist you will meet in your life! He is genuine and really cares about his patients. His bedside manner took away all my dental anxieties. He took the time to explain when I had questions, and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing certain things. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Yun! He has my full trust from now on!

My experience with Sherman Smiles was unfortunately marred by the unprofessional behavior of the front desk receptionist. When I called to schedule an appointment, she was rude and condescending, showing little interest in addressing my questions or concerns. Instead, she focused solely on whether I had insurance, refusing to provide clear answers to even the simplest inquiries. This lack of courtesy and willingness to assist left me feeling undervalued as a potential patient. Based on this interaction, I would hesitate to recommend Sherman Smiles to others. A positive patient experience begins with respectful and helpful communication, which was sorely lacking in this case.

My visit at Frederick Dental Suite was very professional. Dr. Yun is very patient he’s knowledgeable and will explain everything to you in detail. Will getting your dental work done he is really gentle. I highly recommend this practice.

The whole staff is friendly, thorough, patient and highly skilled. They take the time to do a great job. Patient health, satisfaction and comfort are their top priorities. I and my family have been with Dr. Sherman for almost 30 years and we highly recommend this practice.

My appointment with Sherman Smiles went very smooth. They took me right away and the friendly technician clarified the purpose of my visit, then got to work. All of the staff are super friendly, the office is spotless clean and very well organized. All of their equipment utilizes the latest technology.
