Aspen Dental - Frederick, MD

I’m honestly shocked to be writing this, but I had a great customer experience at Aspen Dental. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The environment was welcoming, and the staff were not only helpful but actually engaged in real conversation, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and relaxed. It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience that I almost didn’t want to leave and that's something I never thought I’d say about a dentist! Highly recommend.

Aspen Dental, Great from start to finish! I was not rushed, they listened to my needs and created a wonderful action plan. I'm so happy I found my new Dentist! Nice, clean surroundings are a big issue for me ! Sety mind at ease. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will be back!

It was a wonderful experience today. They rescued me from a cat that had come off, but more than that. They gave me a terrific exam and sets of x-rays and scans and checking my gums. I made appointments to get my teeth cleaned. Everyone was kind, cheerful professional I felt very safe there.

Edit: Today was the "procedure". Deep quadrant cleaning. The cleaning was as pain free as these get. Teeth look and feel great. No actual teeth cleaning done, but a thorough exam and plan forward. Will need to comment further once I actually get work done on the teeth.

My son and I had a good experience at Aspen dental. I took my other son there a month ago and knew this is where I wanted to have my dental work done too so glad we did come here! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Aspen dental to family and friends.

It was a great experience to be in a dental facility where the personnel made you feel comfortable. They actually showered they cared and liked what they do. The quality of work thus far is top notch. Thank you to everyone at Aspen Dental Frederick location.

I am very impressed with the neatness and friendliness of the receptionist at the front desk, who happened to be black. I apologize for not getting the name. The dentist is also nice and takes the time to listen to and answer my concerns and questions. I had a filing done and it was done perfectly. Lastly, the billing receptionist was pleasant and friendly. Also, she would explain the billing cost as honestly as possible. Found a better dental place to care for my teeth after I moved from Laurel.
