Ideal Dental Franklin

My name is Marwa, and I’m a new patient at Franklin Ideal Dental. The staff were so welcoming, kind, and helpful — they made the insurance process smooth and easy. (Special thanks to Ash, Kat, Sarah, and Ryleigh!) Dr. Mae is not only very knowledgeable but also makes sure you feel completely comfortable and pain-free during your procedure. I’m so glad I chose this office — highly recommend!

From my experience with dental offices this is by far the best dentistry office I have ever been to. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Sarah and Ryleigh were very welcoming when I walked through the door. Dr. Mae was great and very gentle with my teeth, always asking and making sure I was okay. Ash and Kat were amazing from taking X-rays to making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would recommend ideal dental to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

This was a bit of a strange experience. I made an appointment for late afternoon and received about 7 different calls from office staff a few hours before the appointment from two different individuals. Both called to ask if I could come in early, but one who called the most, spoke to me twice and left cold voicemails, said it would be canceled if I could not. The other person welcomed me to still come in at my scheduled time. I was particularly frustrated with the individual who said I would need to reschedule if I couldn't come in early as she called back-to-back with urgency as I was attending a business meeting. She was speaking to me like I had somehow done something wrong by scheduling when I did. When I arrived, she explained that they had no appointments and had been waiting for me which made the entire correspondence seem all the more inappropriate. If you want to optimize scheduling, do it differently, don't blame patients for scheduling at their convenience. Everyone at the office was nice and accommodating, but the dentist allowed unqualified office staff to stumble over answers to questions about my child's recommended care. The staff was not qualified to answer the questions yet was trying to mediate clinical questions and answers between me and the dentist while the dentist was right behind a wall and could have spoken to me. It was very strange. My child liked the dentist thiugh, and I would have certainly given the office another chance, but no one there responded to feedback.i hope it helps the office improve its standards as I do enjoy seeing people figure it out and succeed.

They where great with my son, who has a mental disability. They where, kind, patient and understanding. He has a lot of dental work to be done. We are at the beginning stages. Hopefully everything continues to be great. The dentist, was nice, and explained everything he needed. They seem to be reasonable in the costs.

I went to the best dentist ever, had a extraction done, the lady dentist was really good, extremely good. The place was super clean, her assistant was very kind and professional. They should have had lady dentist 40 years ago. I have had many teeth pulled by male doctors, there were always many complications always before. If you want to get teeth pulled, or anything else, go to Dr Mae, Franklin. Ideal dentist..

Really disappointed in my experience with this office. The dentist was ok but the whole appointment felt like an ad for invisalign. I had confrimed my insurance was in network but then got a $300 bill. I called the office multiple times and each time they said someone would call me back but never did and instead sent statements on an overdue bill constently. I tried calling, emailing, and they just have a generic awnsering service that can't help you. I finally paid the bill to avoid being taken to collections but I felt really frustrated that I had to pay out of pocket for a covered service that was so impersonal.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Languri and her team. They were open Saturday and got me in right away when my crown fell off. They worked with a local Endodontic to get to the "root" of my problem, and built a perfect replacement crown. Very thankful for them!!
