Franklin Family Dental

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Franklin Family Dental! My tooth cracked in the Fall, and I didn’t have a local dentist. They were able to get me in right away to look at it and helped me figure out next steps. I was anxious to go in that day, but from the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely taken care of by everyone there, starting with Shelley at the front desk. Everyone who helped me (multiple different staff members over the last couple months) was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. Dr. Zeh has been amazing; she’s super personable, and I had complete trust in everything she said and did to take care of me. I’m so grateful to everyone there and will be continuing to go there for future 6 month cleanings! Highly recommend!

I've been to this office for over 25 years and it's always been staffed w friendly, personable professionals. Now Dr. Zeh and her team run the place, and I feel comfortable and confident with them. I had a temporary crown & 3 fillings today, with no pain when she did it, and none 6 hours later! (This is unusual for me)!

Dr. Zeh, Tammy and the whole team were so nice. I was extremely happy with my first and second visit and will bring my family back. The standard of care here is really excellent and this crew is experienced, professional and compassionate.

This is our first visit to this wonderful place Franklin Family Dental for our dental needs since our move from Hendersonville, and I couldn't be more pleased! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. They prioritized my son’s needs, caring for him with such attention before turning their kind attentions to me. The staff members are genuinely sweet and exceptionally friendly, exuding a warmth that instantly put us at ease. I am truly proud of how dedicated they are to their roles! Their work is undoubtedly challenging, yet they made us feel incredibly special through their thoughtful and attentive service. Thank you so much for providing us with such a memorable experience; it was truly a breath of fresh air!

Fantastic dental practice. I am from Texas visiting family. I had an implant installed 1 week prior to my visit. It became loose … called this practice early an and by mid afternoon I had a scheduled appt. Dr Zeh diagnosed and repaired the issue. Will be forever grateful. Thanks so much.

For my whole life I have hated the dentist, but since visiting Franklin Family Dental and Dr. Zeh, my view of the dentist has completely changed! Dr. Zeh is wonderful, she prioritized my comfort and needs, asking often how the treatment was feeling and if she could do anything to help make me more comfortable. She has the latest technology in her office and took the time to point out things on my x-rays and explain issues, unlike other dentist who simply told me to floss more and sent me on my way. I'm a big coffee drinker so my teeth definitely had some stains but I left with the whitest teeth I've ever had! Also I had my two young kids with me during the visit and I was so worried they were going to bother Dr. Zeh and the staff, but Dr. Zeh and her team went above and beyond to help me get the treatment I needed even with my kids there. They entertained my kids, gave them all the free tooth brushes and toothpaste, gave them a tour of the office, invited them to take a look at what they were doing "with mommy's teeth." It was an all around wonderful experience, if you're looking for a dentist in the Franklin (or beyond) area, then stop your searching and go to Franklin Family Dental, you won't regret it!!

Rachel did a wonderful job with my cleaning. At every step she said what she was about to do, and regularly checked if I was comfortable. Excellent work!
