A special shoutout to Liz she was incredibly helpful and joyful throughout my visit. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, took the time to answer my questions, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Her positive energy and warm personality made a huge difference. The office is clean, modern, and efficient, and you can tell they really value patient care. I highly recommend Cool Springs Modern Dentistry to anyone looking for a dental team that combines professionalism with a personal touch. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited Cool Springs Modern Dentistry for the first time & was very impressed with the professionalism & attentiveness of the staff. Liz was very kind & explained all the details of our insurance coverage. There were no hidden costs to surprise us. Dr. Sparks went out of her way to smooth out a chipped tooth, Tie did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, & Katlyn did a great job taking xrays. I am very happy I found Cool Springs Modern Dentistry.

After searching for a dental office that suits my schedule and overall needs, I was pleased to find this practice. This was my first visit and from beginning with Allison to my last interaction with her, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone in between that I interacted with was kind, caring and engaging! Julie was my hygienist and I cannot wait to see her and Dr Sparks again in 6 months! Julie especially was funny, informative and encouraging! I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

By the grace of God, I was led to her office & although I was skeptical at first because of my prior dental experiences, over my next few visits, I knew I had finally found the right dentist, one I could trust without hesitation. Dr. Judge is the definition of honesty, compassion, and expertise. Her wealth of knowledge and complete transparency earned my trust, something I thought I’d never feel again in a dental office. Dental care today can be expensive, but Dr. Judge and her team go above and beyond to help patients navigate it with kindness and integrity. A very special thank you to Heather, her insurance specialist — who is so much more than that. Her compassion, patience, and sincerity carried me through one of the most difficult times of my life: major dental surgery to remove 23 teeth. I was overwhelmed and beyond emotional, and she helped me through every step with genuine care. Dr. McLaughlin, the oral surgeon, was equally wonderful — professional, skilled, and kind. And Dr. Melham, who I see when Dr. Judge isn't available, is so exceptionally caring. And Carmen, dental assistant - is the kindest sweetheart. And Allison at the front desk - who is always so welcoming and warm. And Julie, hygienist - she's just so wonderful! This entire office is filled with incredible people who not only restore smiles but restore faith in dentistry. I truly thank God every day for leading me to Dr. Jennifer Judge and her team. They are rare, extraordinary people doing their work with love, honesty, and excellence.

Had a great experience (or as good as you can have while having a root canal...lol) the team was knowledgeable and professional. Dr xiong and her assistant Sydney worked as a well oiled machine to make the procedure efficient and most of all as painless as possible. Great job

They leave you in the room waiting for 20 minutes at a time. Seat you in a room, waiting 20 min to get started. Also, the astronomical price of "special" teeth cleaning that costs $900 every 3 months. The front office staff also told me the wrong information about the financing option. Feels like a rip off. Then another 20+ minutes to wait on the dentist to check your teeth. I’ve been so frustrated before, I left the place crying. After a couple years I am finally leaving to find a new dentist. They also don’t even give you a little bag with a tooth brush and floss, etc. first time in my life going to a dentist that doesn’t do that. I actually hate it there
