I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Khyati Madia at Children and Family Dentistry & Braces in Framingham. I recently visited her for extensive gum-line fillings, and the care I received was exceptional. Dr. Madia is incredibly attentive, super nice, and highly communicative. Right from the start, she explained every detail of the procedure so I knew exactly what to expect. Throughout the treatment, she kept me involved in the decision-making and checked in with me constantly to ensure I was comfortable. Her dental talent, combined with the practice’s cutting-edge technology, produced a result that is truly magical. I've been a client for quite some time and I love the service at this clinic. My children feel very comfortable, the receptionists are very helpful, and the assistants are too. If I could, I'd give it a perfect score.

I had to wait longer than I expected but finally it paid off. Dr. Catarina is very attentive and she has a delicate hand in surgery. The room was very clean. The entire extraction process was completed smoothly and so quickly that it surprised me. Except for the numbing injections, I did not feel any pain. I would recommend Dr. Catarina and her sweet staff to any one who looks for quality and professionalism.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professional accountability at this office. We waited months for an orthodontic approval, only to find out after multiple follow-up calls that the delay was due to the staff filing the wrong information. Even after it was finally approved in January, no one contacted us. When I asked why, the staff was dismissive, stating it "wasn't their job" to notify patients as she is not working for orthodontic team. More concerning was the clinical care. My daughter had an extender placed that looked wrong (metal wire resting on top of her teeth). We called them and recheck, and they insisted it was "completely normal" at the time, we were told months later it had to be removed because it was blocking her tooth growth. Between the clerical errors and the inconsistent medical advice, I no longer feel I can trust this practice with my daughter’s care.

Assistant Johnson did an excellent job. He cleaned my 3-year-old son’s teeth and had a wonderful way of working with children. He was calm, gentle, and made the whole experience very comfortable.

We always receive excellent service here; last time I was very grateful to the employee Chi Chi, she is very kind, attentive and professional. The team is very good.

Friendliest, most supportive staff from front to back of office. If i was still a dental assistant, I would be proud to be apart of their team. What could have been an overwhelming experience for my daughter, was hands down exactly what she needed after having been through some traumatic appointments at other places. They even kept this nervous mom calm, making my job so much easier as well. Highly recommend, always.
