Monarch Dental - Fort Smith, AR

I quite literally left monarch dental in tears! Happy tears! After having a really bad experience at another dental office in town, I came to Monarch dental and was met with so much kindness. The doctor and staff were so accommodating to my needs and really took the time to listen to me. They even helped me With flexible financing after clearly explaining a treatment plan that would work for me! Im very grateful to all the staff who totally went out of their way for me! 🫶🏼🤍 you guys are the best!

Came in today at 9:20 for a 10 am appointment, I have an emergency dental issue as stated when I set up my appointment. I’m told when I show up that they have no staff available and I may have to come back at 1 pm and still may not get help, I of course got frustrated but was still respectful and the staff member I believe Ashley told me that it’s not her fault and not to shoot the messenger cutting me off every time I tried explaining that I set up an appointment and I am in pain, I took off work to make this appointment happen and as I walked out I was chased down by her and was told "take fish biotics my dad is a dentist". Definitely do not recommend coming here at all. The point of making appointments is because people have busy lives and we need to schedule things in to make it all work so appointments should be kept or at least notify when your staff decides not to come in for the day.

I am SO PLEASES WITH MY PERMANENT DENTURES! They’re so snug and so pretty! Not one problem that we couldn’t fix immediately! The entire process was pretty dang smooth😁 even the extraction of 17 teeth! Thank you Dr.Brown and Angela!!!

I had been to several dentist across nwa in hopes of getting two painful teeth removed. Sure enough, dr duff got me in to look over everything, and dr Michael I believe is his name was able to remove them. Angela (if I remember correctly she checked me out) is amazing. I spoke with her over the phone and then at the appointment. She truly cares about patients. Her attitude even when you’re in pain will make you smile. She was phenomenal! Honestly thinking about starting to see them down here! Those three were awesome. They make you feel seen and taken care of! 10/10 recommend

2.5 hours waiting.. they are short handed. Nobody to clean teeth. The Wife canceled her appointment. Dentist is very nice.

Had the best experience with Dr Brock Brown!! He is so genuine and makes the dental visit a breeze! If you’re needing a dentist, he’s your guy!! 10/10 highly recommend!!

I went to this dentist for two bad molars and was told I needed four root canals. I agreed to three, but before I could schedule the fourth, one of my permanent crowns fell off twice within months. When it came off again, it took the filling with it, leaving just the posts exposed. I called for help but was told the dentist was on vacation and no one else could assist. Later, an Endodontist reviewed my X-rays and found lesions on all three root canals, meaning every one now needs retreatment—less than three years later. Even worse, the fourth tooth he said needed a root canal only requires a simple filling. That says everything. He may be a nice person, but the quality of his work has cost me thousands and more procedures. Save yourself the time and money—go to a qualified Endodontist first.
