I am so glad I found Dr Lopez and his team. Not only do they do amazing work but they all genuinely care for you. He’s very gentle with you and always explains everything before he starts working. The atmosphere is very clean and calming. All in all I rate this place 10/10

This has got to be the BEST DENTIST IN FORT SMITH ARKANSAS. I’m sure of it. He and his team took the time to not only make me feel comfortable, but had the knowledge to answer every question I had. I was being childish and was bashing my old dentist, they couldn’t find a bad thing to say. These are elite people and staff members. 10/10 would recommend. I would give them 1000 stars if I could.

Professional, efficient, and thorough. I was in so much pain with a broken filling, and when I called Dr. Lopez's office, they squeezed me in the next day. The tooth was too badly damaged to save, so it had to be extracted -- tell me how an extraction turned out to be the best dental experience I've ever had! The whole procedure took less than half an hour, and I experienced very minimal discomfort. I made an appointment for a cleaning, which was supposed to be two months later. I got a call within a few weeks that there was an earlier opening, so I was able to get that taken care of with no hassle. The hygienist did a wonderful job and gave useful advice on how to best care for my teeth, considering the amount of black coffee I drink. The staff does great work! For quick, painless care, New Smile is the place to go. Thank you, Dr. Lopez!

Dr Lopez and his staff were very friendly and helpful for my first dental appt and cleaning. They told me exactly what I needed and how much it would be without trying to add on any unnecessary procedures. The assistant who did my X-rays was very gentle and friendly. The dental assistant who did my cleaning was very gentle during the entire process. She listened and answered any questions I had. Dr Lopez was also very gentle and informative during my fillings and exam. The receptionist was very friendly and informative on the best options for teeth whitening and aftercare toothpaste options. All in all a very excellent practice to get your dental hygiene needs met. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back for my biyearly cleanings. This place has been great to me. Love the staff. I'm crazy when it comes to my teeth. Well crazy scared of everything and they made it easy and painless as possible. I truly appreciate that. I have referred my mother to them as well, and she got the same treatment. Thank you New Smile!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The words to discribe this place have not been invented yet. Dr Lopez is absolutely amazing. He is kind, caring, gentle understanding, engaging, and he knows his stuff. Tonya, there are not enough words for her. She can never leave or I would be lost. I am literally switching my insurance just to keep him , because I refuse to see another dentist. My children have said that if they move,he has to go with them. If you are not going to Dr Lopez, then you are going to the wrong dentist.

Amazing is all I have to say. It is the most comfortable dentist I have ever been to. The team is so nice, patient and understanding. I don't plan to go anywhere else. I have switched my household over and I am happy 😁. My 7 and 3 year old had their first appt today and they were both very comfortable. 20/10 I recommend!
