Smile Design Dental

Took a while to post this review but I can finally gather my experiences and opinion regarding quality of services since time has passed. Me and my boyfriend are very disappointed and will not return. I do not trust the quality of services. Long story short, we never had issues with our teeth. We book cleaning appointments with smile and both me and my husband were told we have cavities. My husband gets his filled, only for a root canal to be needed shortly after. Since the service, his crown has fallen off. I ended up with a cracked tooth and went in for a crown. The crown fell off and had to get a new one. After the new crown, I experienced pain and ended up needed a root canal too. I find it more than a coincidence for this to happen to people in the same house hold and having both experienced root canals and crowns falling off. Tho they are very friendly and have good customer service during visits- we are not happy with the issues encountered.

After switching dentists due to five years of dissatisfaction, I was recommended this location in Fort Lauderdale and I haven't looked back! The entire staff is always friendly and incredibly accommodating, but I have to give a special shout-out to my dental hygienist, Shauna. She's exceptional, always greets me with a smile and does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. I love that the office is never overcrowded, and they always see you at your scheduled appointment time, with no waiting. This is definitely the place to go for all your dental needs! I'm beyond happy and satisfied to have finally found a dental office that truly works for me.

I became a new patient at Smile Design Dental today. I went in for a consultation and was pleasantly surprised. After a bad experience at another dental office, I was pleased to encounter people who were extremely pleasant from the minute. I walked in the door till even after I left and had email and text communications with them. It was a great experience. I’ll be going back to them over the next couple of months to have an implant UPDATE: I started started going to Smile Design after disappointing treatment at Oakland Park Dental. Dr Alvarez, Dr Azar and all (I mean all) members of the staff have been fabulous. I had a root canal 20 years ago that gave out in September last year. After getting jerked around for 2 months by Oakland Park Dental and their preferred endodontist, I went to Smile Design. Dr Alvarex recommended an implant and referred me to Dr Arar. Last night, Dr. Azar performed the extraction and implant in under 30 minutes using novacaine. When Dr. Azar exclaimed that he was done putting in the implant. I said "you’re kidding. I didn’t even realize the tooth was out." He and his assistant were amazing. I told them both that I’d rather that experience to having my teeth cleaned. 😂 Don’t waste your time at another dentist if you’re feeling dissatisfied with anybody on the staff or the treatment you’re getting go Smile Design Dental..

This dental office is the friendliest office I’ve ever been in . The atmosphere is warm and comforting. I love Dr. Alvarez and all her staff. It’s an all women staff and they go above and beyond to make every visit pleasant.

Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and so warm. It was a great patient experience! I was going in with a different view as I had a bad experience with another dentist. From the minute I walked in, I just felt a big hug from everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Always a pleasure going for my visit . Dr. Vera and her staff are so patient and really work with you. I appreciate them so much. I started out with just cleanings and now I am in my braces journey . I have really sensitive teeth and they make my visits seamless and painless and they really go at the pace you are comfortable with.

Smile Design Dental is a great dentist office with helpful staff and fantastic dentist. I get world class dental care and the staff always makes me feel welcome. Convenient location too!
