I had a tiny scuff on my veneers, and was distressed. They immediately fit me in. Dr. Ethan Dunn buffed it right out and my smile is again flawless. And he did it with a smile, and goid cheer and didn't charge me a penny! When does that sort of good will happen in today's world?? I was so impressed!!

This office seemed like a big family to me. Not only are they kind, efficient and experts in each of their roles, I could hear laughter frequently throughout my visit which demonstrated a cohesive team that genuinely like each other. I received the information I needed to make a decision. Admittedly, I have visited other dental offices this week for comparison, but I find myself being drawn back to JJ and enjoying being a small part of their extended family. Simply outstanding in every way. They need to know this!

Dr John is amazing, I am so blessed to have found him by doing extensive research online. I have had 8 crowns and fillings done with him. Had a deep cleaning done and regular cleanings as well, everyone is phenomenal! Could not recommend them enough!

First time visit, everyone was welcoming, professional, and friendly. . Dr. Dunn explained what was going on with my dental problem, and I was able to get scheduled again right away. Also, I am severely hearing impaired and I was treated respectfully and that means so much. I hate going to the dentist, but this office makes it seem not so bad. I went to JJ Debtal for a simple tooth shaping. They tried to upsell and upsell but when it came to the actual procedure the dentist did an excellent job… until 2 days later when the entire thing fell off! They then booked me with a butcher in their down town office who proceeded to tell me the job was so poorly done that I should get veneers! What? I said no way, this has been working for 15 years, so no I will not let you grind my teeth to a pulp and let you put on a Issues veneer that will probably fall of in 3 days like their last word did! He proceeded to produce a result that looked worse than bubble gum stock on my smile. I called the Commerce st location immediately after seeing the results and leaving the office in tears. They said they could see me in A WEEK! I couldn’t go to work, I couldn’t go out looking like this! So I stayed home for 4 days until they said and said they had an opening at 8:30 the next morning. I took it. By 10 the Dr finally saw me, reshaped the bubblegum the butcher slapped on my smile and it looked decent... For about 2 weeks. Needless to say, I paid another dentist to repair the mess. Deeply disappointed in the mess this place is. If you need anything other than a routine cleaning and an hour of upsells, go somewhere else.

THIEFS ! DISHONEST & DISAPPOINTING ! my overall experience was incredibly frustrating and felt deceptive. I came in for a routine cracked tooth repair—something my insurance has always covered with a minimal copay—and was suddenly quoted NEARLY $500 out of pocket. I double-checked with both the office and my insurance provider, who confirmed it should have been covered, yet they refused to bill it properly or help resolve the issue. It felt like they were more interested in charging me directly than working with my insurance. I left feeling taken advantage of and extremely disappointed. Thankfully, I ended up going to Ideal Dental in Hollywood, where they handled the exact same procedure with professionalism, transparency, and no surprise charges AND MY INSURANCE COVERED IT AFTER ALL.
