Smiles Family Dental - Flower Mound

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I scheduled an appointment for a routine annual cleaning. After waiting for an hour and 30 minutes, I was told I had inflammation and calculus, yet the dentist refused to clearly show or explain the findings on the X-rays, stating they were too small to see. I was then informed that I needed four fillings and a deep cleaning and was told I did not qualify for a regular cleaning. Instead, I was presented with a treatment plan that significantly increased the cost of my visit. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide clear visual evidence of the diagnosis is very concerning. I expected an honest evaluation and straightforward communication, but that was not my experience.

I was charged for an xray $129 for one tooth plus I had to pay to use my card (so Yes I had to pay to pay). I was also told that the procedure will cost around $150-$300. My case was very small and I still got charged $300. I wonder what would cost $150? Nevermind, I won’t be back. Thanks

One of the best dentist I have ever been to. They are organized and efficient but more importantly they really care about how you are feeling through the procedure. And the customer service is fantastic. As an example, they were running behind and and took the time to call to let me know so I wouldn’t just be stuck just waiting in the waiting room. Very professional in both dentistry and as a business.

This dental group is TRULY amazing! From scheduling, friendly appointment reminders, and payment Patrick was so kind and went above and beyond what I have experienced from a medical providers front office. EVER! The Drs and Hygienist were so calming and took their time to explain things clearly. They don’t try to "upsell" you like some offices. My smile was literally sparkling. I will never go to another dental practice as long as this great one is up and running. THANK YOU!

Always a wonderful experience here. I moved from Flower Mound to Denton 2 years ago but I still make the drive to come to this location. Also a really smooth and stress free invisalign treatment!

The Smiles Family Dental acts as the name describes. Everyone from the receptionists, hygienist (especially Tasha), to the dentists treat you as such. Like you are their #1 priority. I bet we may even be treated better than family, JK....Thank you all for your attention to details & welcoming environment!

Haven't been to a dentist in quite some time. This was an emergency visit and a pleasant one in the end. I barely remember the procedure, and am pain free in the end. Highly recommend.
