I always feel like I get the best cleanings I've ever had. The time in the chair is actually pleasant and easy - makes me want to get my teeth cleaned more often then every 6 months. Dr. Wagner is great and my hygienist is stellar. The front desk workers are all friendly and make billing my insurance a breeze since they take care of everything. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Dr. Sangalang is amazing. I had a toothache and was able to get a same-day appointment. I have seen him before, and his recommendations are always to the point. He truly listens to his patients and takes the time to explain everything. Very professional, kind, and caring. Highly recommended.

I had an Implant appointment with Dental Health Associates of Madison, Fitchburg Office , before doing implant I had another tooth extraction along with implant for another tooth, very painful took hours to be done and my implant was FORTUNATLEY delayed to another date. I did not feel comfortable doing my implant due to bad experience. Called them for my extraction follow up bcz I was suspecting infection after 2 days, not responsive and after multiple calls, finally set an appointment for next week (6 days after extraction) the doctor was not happy about visiting. There was no infection, but she had to remove the non-dissolvable sutures in 2-3weeks, but even after 3 weeks no follow up. I ate most of the sutures unintentionally. Her weak experience, no follow up made me cancel my appointment, After I cancelled and set appointment with Fard Family Dental, I asked them to transfer the X-Rays I took for implant, guess what? they told me on Monday that next week you can come and have it, I said we are living in 2025 you can send it over online or mail, they refused and bringing excuses. Next week I had to call multiple times to get the record in a CD their IT was WRITING(very old term) lol. On next Friday I called them at 11:00AM, the girl in front desk Emily said come at 3-4PM, visited at 3PM guess what she already left and the person in charge had no idea about the CD (nice teamwork), finally got the CD after a lot of discussion but after 14 days, their X-rays was so weak and low quality that I had to do again with Fard Family and pay again. I am so happy I didn't do my implant with Dr Jenna Hang and their unprofessional team. Got my implant from Fard Family Dental so perfect and awesome. I have all this nonsense records with DHA on phone and on email.

Ashley was great. Explained everything she was doing and answered all my questions. Did a great cleaning in a firm but gentle manner. I also really like Dr. Sweeney. He is kind, knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel very comfortable.

For starters, the physical space is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and patient-friendly. The staff are friendly and very helpful as well. I had a question about payment method because of change in my health plan and the staff calmly worked until they had a complete answer to my question. My hygenist was top notch: friendly, reassuring, and supremely professional. The same held true for my dentist. Patient-centered and thorough in explanation of my dental condition and options.

I had a great visit. I had a multitude of questions and they were all addressed very thoroughly and patiently by my friendly hygenist and Dr. Sangaland. I now feel much more relaxed about my post surgery condition. Thanks to all very much.

The dental hygienist, Kelly, was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, gentle, attentive and so nice! Dr. Chan was also very kind and helpful and instantly relaxed me!
