Village family dental gets 5 stars without hesitation.!!! I whole heartedly recommend this office for all you and your family’s dental care. I had another appointment that is part of my series of appointments to complete my dental treatment plan. Needless to say Dr Smith Wiles and her assistant Chele (who spends the majority of her time with me each visit) never leave me feeling less than my very best. I gave a review on my last visit because it was the beginning of a series of corrective dental work that I needed partially due to a brutal part of my past accompanied with intense anxiety and honestly feeling ashamed and embarrassed of the dental work I needed but, the VA approved my coverage and I’m ecstatic about being linked with Village Family dental, under the care of Dr. Meredith Smith Wiles and Chele her assistant. They have changed life and my whole outlook on going to the dentist. They’ve truly boosted my self confidence because the passion for their work shows in my new smile. They represent so much more than providing the best dental care for our community. Dr. Smith Wiles passion and compassion definitely shows through her work. I can now smile again and not have to cover my mouth which was a habit I realized I developed over the years. My smile is definitely from the inside out because of the unified compassion Dr. Smith-Wiles and Chele her assistant have shown me during each visit.Everyone has their own journey and dental needs but, I can assure you that no matter what your needs are you will have no regrets about getting care from this office and from this team will Dr. Smith Wiles work is impeccable and looks so natural which was a huge concern for me but, because of her passion, professionalism and attention to detail, that’s no longer a concern for me at all. I can completely trust her judgment because her work speaks for itself. I’m also grateful to Dr. Smith Wiles assistant Chele, because while Dr. Smith Wiles is working on me the support, compassion and comfort Chele provides me with during each visit has been vital to me. I may sound like I’m being extra but, anxiety is real, low self esteem is real, fear of going to the dentist is real but, looking great, feeling confident and restored is also real!! The way Chele held my hand during the more intense parts of my procedure while Dr. Smith Wiles was constantly talking to me, letting me know what was happening during my procedure and reassuring me by letting me know that I was ok, at the same time Chele comforted me and held my hand is what truly gets me through each visit. Maybe that sounds like I’m needy but, the point is they were there for it. Chele patiently educated me on how to care for my temporaries until my next visit. She allowed me to ask any questions I needed to without making me feel embarrassed or ashamed if I didn’t know something. This is what so many people truly need during dental visits, especially Veterans like myself. She genuinely cares about my comfort and understanding of everything I needed to know while we move forward. I’m so excited to have such a phenomenal team caring for me and for the VA pairing me with this office. Even though everyone’s story may be different, I wanted to tell mine because this office is the standard to meet when it comes to care in the dental community. I’ve recommended this office to everyone I know. Thank you Dr. Smith Wiles and Chele! I never thought I would be happy to go to the dentist lol but, you both have contributed to giving me a reason to smile huge again!! I love seeing the new person looking back at me in the mirror. I do plan to post pictures as soon as I’m all done. I’m super excited and I think it’s only right to show the awesome work you’ve done for me. Without a doubt I’m sure Dr. Smith-Wiles and Chele give this same level of care, support, attention to detail, kindness and patience to all their patients. This is definitely the office you want to receive care from!!
