I had an amazing experience at the dental clinic these past two days. I was referred through the Army, and from the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and patient with me. My hygienist, Katlin Russell (I think was her full name) 🙂 , was absolutely wonderful. As an active-duty soldier, I hadn’t had a cleaning in two years and honestly felt pretty insecure about it. Katlyn made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Growing up, I didn’t always have the best dental care, so taking care of my teeth now means a lot to me. Katlyn not only cleaned my teeth with care but also gave me thoughtful recommendations that I truly took to heart. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism more than I can say. This clinic made me feel supported and confident about my dental health, and I’m so grateful for that. She was such a sweetheart and such a great and wonderful experience!

I grew up not minding going to the dentist but then had several bad experiences at another chain local dentist office. I've been really nervous to go back. O2 dental has helped me feel less nervous. My hygienist, Kaitlyn, has been the best. She makes me feel comfortable and listens to me. I appreciate her care so much. The whole staff and doctor are amazing and I will be going there from now on if the service stays the same.

I’ve been going to this dentist office for almost 2 years now and wanted to give it enough time before I gave an honest review. My review is mostly positive, but I do have 2 cons. Cons: 1) Usually when I’ve called whoever has answered the phone has been professional. However, I would say in the last few months when I’ve called it sounds like the same female answering who has been rude, snarky and very short when answering questions. 2) Although I provided X-rays taken less than 30 days I was told I would need to pay $350 out of my pocket for each of my children to retake X-rays before they could become a patient there. Pros: 1) Andrea has been my hygienist and one of the reasons I remain a patient there. She is always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and provides great guidance. Andrea is the first who has done my deep cleanings that were painless. She was so gentle, after she completed my right side I agreed to let her Clean my left side at the same time. I really appreciate Andrea and how well she goes out of her way to ensure I’m comfortable each visit. 2) Beautiful facility. 3) From what I can see they are very clean. 4) Short wait times. Due to the rude female answering the phones I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

Horrible fast chain. Getting a quick cleaning includes a 2 hr waiting visit for the Dentist to peak in your mouth and leave. Concerns aren’t addressed. Don’t sign up for Invisalign either. Trays may obviously not fit properly due to the manufacturing or teeth moving but they rather send you home with them, waste time, for you to have to call and schedule again for the issue, redo the scan, wait for the trays and look at you crazy when they don’t fit/hurt. It is very obvious when trays fit properly and there may be some discomfort but it is very obvious as well when your teeth have moved and the next set of trays do not fit and are not meant to be worn. Money wasted. Thanks Dr. O !

They got me in on the same day. Discussed my treatment plan. Everyone was super knowledgeable and very friendly! I felt completely comfortable in this home like environment. It wasn’t as if I was a new patient, it was more like visiting family. They have coffee & water in the comfy waiting area. Super cute decor. I was in and out in no time! I’ll definitely be back! I loved my dental assistant, ms. Gaby and my dentist Dr. Tatiana Novas! If I could give more stars I would, but I can’t! So what I can do is recommend to all of you who are unsure of where to go as you are scrolling through the 500 different dental offices, pick this one, you won’t regret! Also in case you need to know they do accept Medicaid for children & adults, plus their policy requires them to get you in to be seen within 24/48 hours of calling! Just a little FYI for ya ❤️

O2 Dental started out great. I really liked the place, and I told people about them often. I especially loved that they’re Black-owned and located right in the community. A few months ago, I went in for a visit and was told I needed a root canal — on a tooth that already had a root canal done years ago. The dentist, a Caucasian man (not Dr. O), pointed to an area on my gums and said, "You see that shadow? That’s a sign of infection." He then wrote a referral to send me somewhere else for part of the procedure. At that moment, I couldn’t help but feel like maybe he was just trying to help another office make some money. Before leaving, I told the staff that something didn’t feel right about the information I’d been given. Later, I even called back trying to reach Dr. O directly by email or voicemail, but I was never able to get through. I truly hope Dr. O reads this review because I don’t believe I received honest treatment that day. I went to another dental office afterward without mentioning what I had been told at O2 Dental — just to get an unbiased opinion. That dentist found no sign of infection and saw nothing wrong on my X-rays. My instincts were right. I had been misled, and that’s disappointing after how highly I once spoke of this place.

I highly recommend Dr. O and his team! I had a dental emergency along with severe anxiety. From the very first call to leaving my appointment, they were professional and genuine. You can tell when staff truly loves their job and the practice, and this team is fantastic. They supported me through my anxiety and panic attack, being there for me every step of the way and making me as comfortable as possible. I've had bad experiences at the dentist that scarred me for life, but Dr. O and the women at O2 helped me overcome my fears, and now I'm happy to return for my next appointment. 10/10!!
