Lane & Associates Family Dentistry - Fayetteville

Had a really good experience here mostly because of the receptionist. (I believe her name was Abigail.) From the second I walked in, she was super welcoming, patient, and actually acted like she cared instead of rushing me. She helped sort out my paperwork, explained what I needed to know, and made the whole check-in process way less stressful. Even when it got busy, she stayed calm and nice to everyone. First impressions matter, and she honestly set the tone for the whole visit in the best way. Definitely appreciate good front desk people like that.

Starting with Abby at the front desk 10/10. She was kind and patient while I struggled to figure out my insurance. Dr. O was both professional and personable, clearly explaining the status of my teeth while reviewing my X-rays. Kelli, the hygienist, was efficient and professional. And last but certainly not least, Zy, the technician/nurse who did my intake, was incredibly sweet and communicative. The whole experience felt like being cared for by an extremely knowledgeable group of friends.

It’s like a hit or miss honestly. Sometimes you wait long. Sometimes it’s good. They don’t perform surgeries. You have to go about 30-45 minutes away, like if everyone has transportation to go to another city. Came an hour early for a fill in. Didn’t get called. Waited about 35 minutes after my appointment time to Cancel because I had explained when I made my appointment that I had an appointment after this one. The receptionist told me to get here early to finish on time. I was told they needed 75 minutes. I clearly wasn’t going to make it. Going to see if I can find another dentist in the area or be stuck with this one.

If I could give Dr. Awaar a rating of "10", I would do so without hesitation. He is an exceptional dentist. Approximately three (3) days ago, I had a tooth extracted. Dr. Awaar explained every aspect of the procedure; (step-by-step). His gentle and friendly manner helped to eliminate my anxiety. Regarding the extraction, I felt no pain during or after the procedure. At this writing, I have not experienced any pain or discomfort. I am over the moon pleased with the customer service, professionalism and friendliness of Lane and Associates Fayetteville office. The front desk was amazing and responsive. The staff provided excellent care. The staff was also mindful of time. There was no delay in receiving care. Definitely a dental office I would highly recommend!!

I was completely satisfied with my visit at Lane and Associates. Mrs. Crystal took great care of me. She walked me through every step of the process and throughly answered my questions and concerns. I always feel comfortable and given professional treatment with every visit to this clinic.

The hygienist and hygienist assistant were great and the other staff made me feel welcomed as well. They listened and met every need. I would recommend this place to my loved ones.
