Pediatric Dental Care in Fairfax

My daughter in law came here last week and I can't forget how poor the experience was. The front desk staff seemed to be unorganized and needed training. The cleaning itself was okay, probably the only good part of the appointment. But Dr Han took such a long time to see her, and when he did, his "exam" took about five seconds. He was only wearing ONE glove and touched his tools with his ungloved hand, it was gross. Can they not afford gloves? What a ridiculous thing to be cheap for. (he didn't even wash his hands ONCE. I saw him go straight from his other customers to my child, no hand sanitizer, NOTHING.) And proceeded to only use one glove. Not only that but when they put on the floride that I had to pay for out of pocket, he must've used less than the size of an ant of the product. It's ridiculous, I doubt it did anything. I will not be back and I don't recommend this doctor at all.

We have been here a few years now and have seen a few of the dentists in the practice. All have been great with my kids. My oldest recently had an extraction and was pretty nervous about it but the Dr and staff made if pretty easy and it went well. Would refer others here without hesitation.

They did a wonderful job and were very patient with my son at his first dentist appointment. To my surprise, he actually enjoyed the visit and even asked to go back! The office is really kid-friendly, with a fun toy machine that he loved and the waiting area kept him happy and calm. Overall a great experience!

Everyone was kind and gentle with my son. We unexpectedly had to have two tooth extractions , they took care of us same day. The made sure my son was comfortable and explained everything. I’ve always loved coming here for my sons dental care.

They took the time to explain every step in kid-friendly language and made sure my child felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The gentle, patient, and encouraging approach turned what could have been a stressful experience into something positive and even fun. My child left smiling and already asking when we’d be coming back! What really stood out was the level of care and professionalism. Everything from the check-in process to the follow-up instructions was smooth, efficient, and reassuring. We truly felt like we were in great hands. I would highly recommend "Pediatric Dental Care of Fairfax" to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist who truly understands how to care for kids—both medically and emotionally. This was hands down the best dental visit we've ever had!

The doctors and clinical staff were great, but the front desk experience was very disappointing. I waited over 40 minutes and, instead of an apology for the delay, was told I seemed like an "upset parent" and could reschedule. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, with no empathy or accountability. I hope to see improvement at our next visit.

Amazing service. I like the dentists we get, they do a great job. But I love the dental hygienists even more ♥️ they are warm and make kids so comfortable.
