I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I came in for a teeth cleaning after seeing their $29 promotion advertised on their website, only to be told—once I arrived—that the promotion had ended. No one bothered to update the website or inform me beforehand, which felt very misleading. To make matters worse, the dentist was incredibly disrespectful when I asked about it. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they dismissed my concerns and refused to honor the advertised price. It was an unpleasant and frustrating experience, and I won’t be coming back. If you’re considering this office, be sure to triple-check their pricing before you go, because they clearly don’t care about being upfront with their patients.

Very Pleased with the ongoing treatment. Entered in a state of despair about my dental health but now feel optimistic. The staff has been very personable and friendly from the very start, as if I had known them for years. Dr. Laura has been given a gift in the performance of her craft, and has very effective teamwork with her dental assistant, this has made the treatments both comfortable and expedient.

Dr. Ki is always professional and personable as well as doing a great job keeping my teeth healthy and clean. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The office is very spacious and clean with what seems to me the most up-to-date equipment. They make going to the dentist easy.

Dr. Ki has been my dentist since 2004. She has always done an excellent job, gently taking care of my teeth at my exams as well as giving me advice on dental and oral health. She runs a very courteous and professional office and makes sure to communicate what is covered by insurance and what is not when offering services. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ki.

Dr. Ki is a fabulous dentist! She’s super hospitable with her patients, making sure to make them feel like home! For example, during one of my summer appointments, she handed me a water bottle as soon as I walked in. My mom also loved her bamboo plant and Dr. Ki gave it to her! Dr. Ki is very committed to making sure sure my braces perfected my smile, maybe almost a bit much, but I took her pushiness as coming from a kind place. As for her staff, most are very talented which made appointments quick, others not so much. Overall her office is very organized and kept, would definitely recommend.

Dr. Ki and her staff were very welcoming and efficient. Never had an easier time at a dentist! Dr. Ki was thorough and professional - she took time to provide the best service possible. Her staffs were also very friendly and knowledgable with questions I had. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area.

I’m one of those people who grew up terrified of going to the dentist. Before finding Dr. Ki’s practice early in 2020, I had avoided seeing a dentist for over three years. Not only did Dr. Ki help explain to me using models and pictures of how I got my 8 cavities in that time period, she taught me the importance of 6-month cleanings. I am so grateful and appreciative that she takes time to teach me about how poor dental hygiene can impact my household and my overall health. So far, I’ve gone to see her three times this year. My appointments to fill my cavities and follow-up cleaning so far have been consistent between visits. I felt safe returning to the office during the COVID-19 pandemic. They are also the first dental practice to offer me help when my chapped lips and eczema started bleeding mid-appointment and made treatment uncomfortable. I appreciate Dr. Ki and her practice because they are kind and diligent. She and her staff have helped me make informed decisions about improving my dental health while treating me with care. I appreciate that they frame changing my habits through contextualizing it with other body systems and life events.
