I had such an amazing experience at this dentist office. Sarah at the front desk is absolutely wonderful — so kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment you walk in. She truly sets the tone for the entire office. Easton, the dental assistant, was fantastic as well — friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The dentist and the rest of the staff were just as great. The office is clean, calming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Best dental experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Lynn did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! She was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. I’m leaving this review to help other patients make an informed decision. My first visit included a comprehensive exam, imaging, and periodontal charting, but no cleaning or treatment was performed. Based on the findings, I was presented with an aggressive, bundled treatment plan that included full-mouth SRP, bacterial decontamination add-ons, CBCT imaging, and crown work. What concerned me was not the clinical findings themselves, but the lack of clear communication around covered basic benefits vs optional, non-covered services. I repeatedly expressed confusion about insurance coverage and cost, yet covered alternatives listed in my plan were not explained, while higher-cost options were presented as default. I later discovered that some services were optional add-ons and that my insurance booklet contradicted how coverage was described in the office. Additionally, a CBCT scan was performed with minimal explanation and without discussion of coverage or cost, which added to the confusion. When I asked to step back and revise the plan to covered basics only, it became clear this office’s approach was not a good fit for me. If you are comfortable navigating insurance details yourself and questioning every line item, this office may work for you. If you prefer conservative care, transparent explanations, and a clear distinction between covered treatment and upgrades, you may want to proceed cautiously or seek a second opinion. As expected, this review received a canned response rather than engagement with the specific concerns raised. That response reinforces my original point: patients here should be prepared to do their own insurance verification and advocate strongly for themselves. You can do better by slowing down, clearly distinguishing covered care from optional add-ons, and meeting patient questions with transparency instead of scripts.

I went in for a checkup and was recommended deep cleaning. Everything was on time and well organized. Jessica was very helpful and supportive during the X-rays. Dr. Aniya Lohia was thorough, caring, and explained my treatment plan clearly in simple terms. I was nervous about the deep cleaning, but Katey did a great job and I didn’t feel any pain. The staff made me feel relaxed throughout the visit. Overall, a very positive experience.

Aniya Lohia was fantastic. Super nice, very patient and was great at communicating throughout the appointment. They even had a person come in to specifically walk you through all the finances and options which was really appreciated. I will happily be returning to see her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Kaur and Lynn Taylor provided absolutely fantastic service! They were both incredibly professional, friendly, and made my dental visit a truly positive experience. Lynn's gentle touch during the cleaning was remarkable, and Dr. Kaur's thorough examination and clear explanations put me completely at ease. I couldn't be happier with the care I received.

I had my wisdom teeth out today at Everett Modern Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with such warmth and kindness. Every time that I come in, she takes the extra time to make me feel comfortable. The staff that assisted in my procedure created a safe and comforting environment. Prior to the procedure, I had talked about how excited I was that I got tickets to see BTS. When I woke up from the anesthesia, they were playing their music.
