How can you check the records without my name? I was seen on January 26th by Jah Jah. I was given my care instructions in a ziplock bag. My other teeth were damaged during the extraction, the stitches were done horribly, the information I was given was negligent. You can't check your records without my name, nice try. I was seen here and this place is horribly over priced $2000+ dollars for an botched misinformed extraction. I specifically asked about my teeth shifting, my bite, etc. I was told it wouldnt be a problem after the extraction i was told to come back to address those coming issues... Scam artists. This place is absolutely horrible and whoever replied I can include photos of the sandwich bag care instructions I received. This place is gave bad information, was overpriced, negligent, dishonest, and unprofessional. This is worst than a last resort.

Super grateful these folks were open to help with our dental pain. Great customer service. Reception was super friendly. Doctor was very personable and informative. Would recommend this clinic for those that need it.

My experience with Emergency Dental Care was great! Dr. Moe took excellent care of me and managed my pain expertly. Tee (the dental assistant) was very cheerful and put me at ease. Tracy in reception helped me with financing and found a solution for repayment that was very manageable. I'd recommend anyone with dental needs to contact Emergency Dental Care. They were kind, courteous and very caring.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The doctor, the nurse who assisted, and the receptionist were all incredibly helpful and kind. They took their time with me, explained everything step-by-step, and made sure I understood all my options before moving forward. Their patience and professionalism really made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend this team!

If you desperately need care on a weekend, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, I had a strange experience. I called on a Saturday to see if I could be seen since my regular dentist was going to be gone the whole week of Christmas. I was incredibly relieved to be able to be seen at 10am the next day, a Sunday. I asked the receptionist if they took my insurance and was told that yes, they accept all major insurance plans. She also said she would text me the paperwork I needed to fill out before showing up. I never received that text. I got there the next day and was told it will be $99 to be seen by the doctor and receive X Rays. I offered my insurance card, and was essentially told by the receptionist that she wasn't going to bother taking it because they DON'T take ANY insurance? I'm lucky enough to be in a position where I could afford the $99 up front, but was now being told that I would have to pay in full for any treatment received. I double checked the website, and it says there that they DO in fact take most major insurance. I did not push the matter since my emergency was a false alarm and I was able to get out of there without needing treatment or further payment. I did ask this receptionist to email me my Xrays. She took my email address and said she'd email them right away. A week later and I still have not received those Xrays. Consider this location a last resort.

I personally have a fear of dentist due to another dentist company and their inability to listen to me when I told them I was in serious pain during a procedure. That said this is my second time having the pleasure of visiting Everett Emergency Dental Care. The Staff was helpful and encouraging. They took their time to explain the process of the procedures needed to fix my teeth and took their time to listen to my needs and concerns. If you need a gentle hand and knowledgeable dentists who are compassionate and willing to listen go no further, I would 100% recommend giving them a try.

DO NOT go to Emergency Dental Care USA, Everett. You will arrive to hear they can’t find your insurance, you will pay out of pocket, then the clinic will submit a claim to your insurance that is only a fraction of what you paid out of pocket. Once you start getting pushy and asking questions, they will claim it was an accidental overcharge and the "check is on the way." They overcharged me roughly $1,100, cashed a $200 insurance payment, and still haven’t refunded me months later, essentially getting paid twice for the same work. The office manager, Tracy, keeps passing the buck to "corporate," but claims there is no corporate phone number for me to call. The supposed "corporate" contact Erica never responds. They refuse to communicate in writing, provide zero proof of refunds or admission of fault, and allegedly mail checks that never arrive. This is not an accident. It is blatant, calculated disregard for patients and their money. Other reviews show the same pattern of overcharging, runarounds, and ignored refunds. TRUST THEM. If you value your time, sanity, or hard-earned money, stay far away from this clinic. I have reported this issue to higher channels and encourage others to do the same.
