Went there after having issues with previous dentist. I could not say better things..all the individuals who work there are fantastic. Painless, straight to the point, and gets everything that needs to be done completed at quality that can be trusted.

The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient — no long waits, no confusing paperwork, just a smooth, stress-free check-in. The atmosphere was calm and spotless, with a modern, relaxing vibe that instantly put me at ease. Dr. Nelson was truly phenomenal. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, but she also took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel informed and comfortable. I went in for a routine cleaning and check-up, but she treated it like it was just as important as a complex procedure. The attention to detail was incredible! The dental hygienist was equally impressive — gentle yet thorough, and incredibly kind. I usually dread cleanings, but this one was completely pain-free and even pleasant. I left with my teeth feeling cleaner than ever, and with some helpful tips for better care at home. What really stood out, though, was the care and compassion. I have an excellent impression of Dr. Nelson and her practice after my first visit. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. After careful examination, Dr. Nelson performed a cleaning with a great result and gave me detailed instructions. I am looking forward to my next visit. Update: Dr. Nelson and her assistant Tanya have replaced an old crown with a new one. Great job: no pain, no discomfort, and a perfect color match. I should also mention the front desk assistant, Susan, who has thoroughly investigated all insurance issues and obtained pre-approval.

Dr Nelson and her team are wonderful! Great local practice that has never felt like they are trying to "upsell" me on anything at all. I will go here for dental care and cleanings as long as she is practicing (hopefully a long time!). It is becoming difficult to find gems like this that aren't investor-owned, and don't feel like they're trying to push additional services beyond the care you need.

Dr. Nelson is absolutely amazing. I've found my regular dentist after a great recommendation! Her attention to detail, explanation of treatment options and ability to deftly fix my neglected teeth are second to none. After getting a root canal done, she fitted my crown and my bite has never felt better. For the first time I'm actually excited to go to the dentist and get back into good dental health!
