After twenty seven of their care and my experiences I feel confident in recommending this practice in Encinitas You will enjoy going to the Dentist!!

Espire dental not only has a welcoming and warm environment, but the service itself makes every client feel at home! My family and I have been patients at Espire Dental for many years. Dr Aniso, his staff and my hygienist Shawna, consistently provide me with excellent and comfortable care on time! I appreciate their willingness to take the time to throughly address my questions and needs during my visits. I trust them with my dental care!

Wasted 3 hours of my day due no pricing transparency and misleading billing practices. - Websites say they take most PPO dental plans and lists Sun Life specifically - I call Espire and ask them if they take my insurance. They state they will take it but they are out of network and I need to call Sun Life to confirm how much will be covered - I call Sun Life and confirm that I'm covered 100% for preventative services even Out-of-Network. - I call Espire back and inform them of this - I show up for my appointment and am told that insurance is only going to pay 70% and that I still owe $200 for the visit! - I call back my insurance and get them to confirm again that it should be 100%. Then Espire finally admits that what Sun Life is willing to pay for the services is less than what they charge, so they have to charge me the difference. Hours and hours of back and forth and nothing to show for it in the end. Espire should have been upfront about all of this and saved us all the wasted time

I have been going to this dental office for about 20 years now. They care about me and my teeth. They do not try to sell me unnecessary or bogus services. I completely trust my oral health and overall health to this dental office and I highly recommend them.
