Encinitas Smiles Dentistry

I was driving to work and my filling came out when I was chewing gum. They were able to add me to the schedule that same day. Everyone was so nice. The front office is amazing. They went over everything and got me taken care of. Robert was awesome with xrays and Dr. Lau had me in and out of the chair in no time. I'm very happy with my treatment. It was practically painless. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me.

Dr Chen and the Staff at Encinitas Smiles Dentistry were fantastic all around. Front office staff went out of their way to help with an insurance issue and solved things seamlessly. Dentist assistant was friendly and patient. Dr. Chen was fantastic. Easy to talk to and very professional. Looking forward to future visits to this office.

I have been coming to Encinitas Smiles since 2017. I used to live in Encinitas. I moved back to LA then Orange County but I still drive to Encinitas for my Denistry care from Orange County. I'm surprised at any of the negative reviews. I've only had positive experiences from the Doctor and staff. Oh, and shout out to Andy who did my deep cleaning. He was amazing and put me at ease. This is a wonderful practice!!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic. I expected professionalism and respect for patients’ time, but that was definitely not the case. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for a long time with no clear communication or apology from the staff. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized, and the lack of urgency or courtesy was frustrating. It’s unfortunate because I had high hopes, but this visit made it clear that patient care and time management are not priorities here. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a professional, reliable dental experience.

Wow, great dental office, Kent is quite a skilled and professional dentist. The office is outfitted with the latest technologies for imaging and 3d printing of dental restorations. Taniya was great and thorough with my cleaning. Office staff quickly coordinates with insurance. Thanks

Super fast, gentle but thorough great explanation while they’re cleaning my teeth and checking my gum line. The hygienist told me everything he was doing and why. Best dentist experience I’ve ever had.

Very nice office. Everyone was friendly. Andy the hygienist did a great job with my cleaning. They even have a new non gooey fluoride which was a nice change.
