I’ve been seeing Dr. Le for couple of years, and she has made a noticeable difference in my gum health. Previously, I needed three to four cleanings a year just to maintain it, even though I brushed and flossed diligently. Her guidance and education helped me improve my gum care significantly. We had a night guard made that didn’t fit due to a scan issue, but Dr. Le handled it professionally. She offered a rescan, and when I chose to postpone, she promptly issued a refund. Her honesty, integrity, and patient-focused care really stand out. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and knowledgeable dentist.

My first visit with Dr. Le was amazing! First, I was greeted by Derek, at the front desk, who was very warm, personable and welcoming. Then Beverly, the Assistant, took full x-rays and explained what they all meant for me. Then Dr. Le gave a thorough exam, with an assessment. Then she did my cleaning, which was stress-free and painless. Afterwards, Dr Le treated a bad tooth for me. Derek followed up with a treatment plan for some issues I have. And I was delighted at the pricing. All this was done efficiently in the first hour of being in their office. I highly recommend them. And can’t wait till it’s time to come back again as they were a joy to be around.

First time visiting the office as a new patient. Kind, professional and friendly staff. Clean and colorful office. Dr. Le took the time to explain my "issues" and was sensitive to the costs insurance would not cover. Love her bedside manners! They made me feel like family, sharing stories and lots of laughter. Cleaning was deeper than normal because I hadn't had one in over 2 years. Will be back to take care of "issues". Glad they could fit me in next week.

From the front desk to the cleaning, this office is incredible. Gentle, thorough, and friendly. They make going to the dentist easy. My new favorite dental office!!! While I don't enjoy receiving Dental Work, I absolutely love the crew at Encinitas Dental Design. Dr Le and staff are very detailed and diligent in their work. It's just an awesome office to work with.

My first visit was today. Nice facility, absolutely charming and professional folks. Not easy for me to get comfortable with a dentist because of a negative childhood experience, but I kind of look forward to seeing these people again. Positive experience!

This was my second visit and both were exceptional. I was going to my last dentist for over twenty-five years but needed to change due to insurance. The office is clean and welcoming, they even have drinks and snacks! All the staff are super friendly and Dr Carol Le is thorough and kind. The first time I went I got a print out of the work I needed done and the costs and they weren’t pushy at all and were honest regarding whether there was an urgency or not which I greatly appreciated. I’m glad to have found my new dentist!
