We are so happy with Dr Ismail and her team. We love the atmosphere and state of the art service provided. Everyone is so caring and professional. Dr. Ismail truly cares about patients and makes us feel like we’re a priority. Oh! And Shannon just gave me the best cleaning of my entire life! She was gentle, thorough and super friendly. We live an hour away but have been going to Encinitas Dental Arts for over 30 years and are so grateful for their continued excellent care.

Let me start this off by saying I choose to drive here from Los Angeles because I know that when I come for my appointments the care I'm receiving Is nothing less than excellence every single time. I'm quite a nervous/fearful person when it comes to Dentist/Dr visits. Dr.Ismail and her team always make me feel safe and talk me through exactly what's happening along the way. Today I had a cosmetic procedure done on my gums. Throughout my appointment I was able to ask all the questions I wanted to and I was given highly detailed answers. I did not feel any discomfort during my whole visit and I was sent home with proper aftercare instructions. I never felt like any portion of my visit was rushed from check in to check out. Dr. Ismail is wildly talented, detailed, kind and has a very calming nature. I feel that coming to this office to see her is truly a privilege. Thank you Dr. Ismail!

Just had an appointment with Dr. Hassanein and it was a great experience. I had seen Dr. Coffee there before, (who was awesome, but now retired) and I can tell that the same level of care and experience is still going at this office. I had to get seen for a hurting tooth, and turned out I needed to get it pulled. They got me in the next day and was able to do the procedure that day too! Thank you guys so much, all the staff there is wonderful.

Dr. Hassanein is an outstanding dentist. Her assistant Jen and her are a perfect team. I had no pain they explained everything well and I like the conservative approach saving as much of my own tooth as possible with a partial crown. Very beautiful outcome. I can recommend this practice without reservations. They also use the latest technology and make the crowns in their office. I am so thankful I found Dr. Ismail and Dr. Henninger to help me make the best decisions for my teeth. I previously saw Dr. Ismail when she worked at a different office and I was thankful to have found her again at her new office. I came to Encinitas Dental Arts seeking opinions on two infected root canals. After getting a few opinions, I felt confident that they were the group I wanted to use for my treatment plan. I never once was given a hard time for seeking other opinions, something I do in all areas of my health. We had issues getting my dental records and they went above and beyond to work with me on that and help us move forward getting me appointments quickly. I am amazed at the whole staff, from the front desk and administration, to the dental assistants. The whole staff works together with purpose supporting the patients, and the joy in the office is evident. They care! The experience level and expertise here is something I definitely felt as I went through my procedure. I specifically also sought out a holistic minded approach to dentistry and am so happy to see them offer options like MI paste and consider the whole body when thinking through the best approaches for healing. When I was younger, I saw Dr. Coffey and it's wonderful to see such a great group of dentists and support staff have taken over this location.

Have been a patient of former dentist Dr Coffey for many years, and this team has always been excellent - a high compliment coming from someone who generally dislikes dental procedures and work. Recently found out there was a change in ownership and had a lovely experience with the new Dentist. Had to have a molar removed, and the procedure, recovery and treatment have been stellar.
