Sprouts Farmers Market

Clean, bright, and easy to shop. The store always looks great with nicely stocked shelves, fresh vibes. For the most part way less chaotic than the big grocery chains. Staff can be a mix, though some are super friendly and helpful, others seem like they’re just over it. The line can go from no one to 10 instantly and for some reason it takes forever for them to call on help or for it to arrive. One issue is the produce. It looks amazing from a distance, but every once in a while you’ll find something moldy, which is kind of wild for a place built around "fresh and natural." Prices are definitely on the higher side too, so you expect everything to be perfect. Still, it’s a solid place to grab organic snacks, drinks, or something quick. Just not my top pick for weekly produce.

Was really disappointed to see non organic fruit stocked in the organic section. I shouldn't have to check each sku to make sure it's been stocked in the correct section. This is lazy, and false advertising. You can see that the number is completely different than what should have been stocked there.

This is my favorite Sprouts to go to. Nice staff very friendly and helpful. Cassie always nice and helpful and always greets with a smile. (A real smile) Cassie is very pleasant and always stays busy. Overall, we love this store. Its a real feel good environment. I recommend this store. There is never a bad time to go.

This review is for Kimberly, one of the online shoppers at Sprouts in Elk Grove. Kimberly provided wonderfully courteous & *helpful* service. Her politeness and good cheer were extremely palpable. Sprouts, is extremely fortunate to have someone as helpful as Kimberly as one of their employees. Kimberly deserves the highest appreciation.🥇 Thank you, Kimberly. 🙏🏼🌈🐸💖😇💖🐸🌈🙏🏼

Shopped at sprouts through instacart. KIMBERLY was my shopper and she was amazing. Picked the best produce and asked me if I still wanted things that showed signs of turning. Best shopping experience ever!

Very happy with my sprouts instacart shopper, Kimberly. She has excellent customer service. Kimberly is very detailed and communicative in the chat. And very good about remembering personal details from previous requests.

I had a wonderful experience at the deli department, I came in bright and early to get me and my grandson some sandwiches. Gabriella was a great help with all the sandwich options and ingredients were very fresh I tell you! One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while! She had a great positive attitude with me and a few other customers! For it being so early, was a very patient great young lady. Will definitely be back!
