Luu Nancy Nga DDS

I've been going to Dr. Luu for more than 15 years. Even after I moved to Fresno 7 years ago, I kept her as my dentist because I love her and her office staff so much! The receptionists are always very helpful, prompt and kind. They always get me in and out in a timely manner, but without rushing. They are all so friendly and genuinely interested in their patients' well-being. She is the only dentist I am willing to drive 2.5 hours to see!

The best. I had an appointment set up a few months out for a highly regarded dentist office around here but then my girlfriend went here and recommended I give them a try. I ended up really enjoying my experience and cancelling my future appointment at the other office. These people are great and will be extra helpful if you are one who doesn’t usually enjoy going to the dentist office.

Best dentist in all of Elk Grove hands down! I've always hated going to the dentist (who doesn't), now I look forward to my appointments. Dr Nancy Luu has been our family dentist for more than seventeen years. She & her staff are always professional, polite, helpful & knowledgeable. She's been out of our "network" for years but, we wouldn't switch dentist for anything! She's the greatest.

I like Dr. Luu, but her front office staff is rude and unprofessional. They will talk while you are talking, and will try to talk over you. This is not the first time this happened. They refused to take my son in for his scheduled appointment today-Dec.22, 2018 for 11:30am. They wasted my time, gas and mileage for going to our scheduled appointment that according to her staff was deleted in their system. I even have the appointment card that they gave my son. The staff was not even apologetic about it. According to the front staff, Dr. Luu was going to call me back after 5 minutes. Hours went by and still no phone call from Dr. Luu.

Went in February of 2024, as a first time patient. At that time the doctor determined I needed work done and insurance approval was needed. It is August and I once again called the office and no one knows anything about the approval from my insurance. This is sub par customer service.

I love my doc so much that I am willing to travel more than one hour one way to see her. She is the "only" one that is extremely careful, knows what shes doing and extremely patient. I cant thank her enough for treating me so well and putting up with my entry when I greet her with "what’s up doc"?! No pun intended. 🙂

She works hard to earn your business. I take my 3 and 5 years old child here for basic teeth cleaning which the other child dentists at Kids Care Dental refuse to do. I mean just basic cleaning...Kids Care Dental uses toothbrush and just give them floride -charge my ins $200.
