Cheng Michael DDS

My family and I have gone to Dr. Chang for more than 20 years. We love him and trust him. He and his staff are special people, they have me as a customer for life.

Dr. Michael Cheng at Dental Depot was recommended to us years ago by a family friend and he’s been taking care of our family ever since. Recently, my 87 year old father came to live with us and he was in need of updating his dentures. Dr Cheng and his staff have been so very kind, caring and professional in talking with my father on every aspect of his care. Dr. Cheng’s recommendations are spot on and my Dad is very pleased with the ongoing care. I would highly recommend Dr. Cheng and Dental Depot for all your family’s dental needs. Thank you Dr Cheng!

They take walk ins, same day with very little waiting. The staff is super friendly and let me know if the dentist was running a few minutes behind. The dentist was awesome and explained everything along with cost. The building design seemed a little outdated, when you are having a long procedure it's nice to be able to watch tv, which this office doesn't have. It's not a make or break, just a suggestion. Anyway, it was very convenient and I'll be going back.

I have been going to Dental Depot and seeing Dr. Kutlesa for over a year. I was nervous to make my first appointment because I had not been to the dentist since I was a very young child and I was having a lot of pain in my teeth. I was afraid that the staff would be judgemental, but everyone was amazing. Dr. Kutlesa explained the problems he saw and what he advised, giving me different options based on cost. I've spent more time there than I'm willing to admit and whenever I show up for an appointment, they call me back within a few minutes. I haven't noticed a difference in wait times regardless of my appointment times, I've been 8am, 9am, 2pm,3pm, never had to wait more than a few mintues. However, they also take walk in appointments that they try to fit around their prescheduled work. Maybe that explains the person who had to wait 3 hours?

I found Dr. Cheng and his staff to be personable, professional, and helpful. Wait time was minimal (with an appointment). I had a great experience. The only downside was they told me to arrive 15 minutes before my 8:00am appointment to do paperwork, and when I showed up the door was locked. Other than that, VERY helpful and courteous.

Went in for a tooth extraction and the front office was great, and helpful with all questions I had. Martina took me back and went through the procedure with me and I was done in no time. I was so nervous when the procedure begin, she even held my hand to make me feel more comfortable. You guys rock! 🙂

Sooo. I had a tooth killing me needed a dentist QUICK.. They told me to be there in 15min, I was very nervous and scared of my tooth being pulled. Well, the lady that injected the numbing stuff was AWESOME I didn't even know she was done. Her and the hygenist made me feel so relaxed.. AND the dr can't remember his name but was also GREAT. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.....
