The Parkside Dentistry staff was very helpful and courteous. Dr. Lee Eliot was exceptionally knowledgeable of a wide range of dentistry. He listened intently regarding my dental issues giving advice on various fronts. Doctor Eliot was courteous and has a comfortable manner in learning about my concerns.

The other day I needed to find a dentist,stumbled the name Dr.Tanner Hays. Since I have the same last name & spelled the same, so give it a try. The office answer Yes come on in ,WOW how cool is that. Dr.Hays and staff all very friendly with a smile,,installed a crown. Perfect,later that night received a phone call ,Dr. Hays ask how I was doing ,any paine,discomfort. Never in my experience had any Dr. called to check up. This Dr. earned my future business. I had a flawless experience with the entire team at Parkside Dentistry. I suffered a broken molar on a Saturday evening in Oklahoma and given that I am new to the area did not have a local dentist. After getting a referral from a current patient I reached out to the team at Parkside. Within 15 minutes (on Saturday evening!) Dr. Hays reached out to me via text seeking pictures and wanted to know if there was pain. When I told him there was no pain he told me his team would reach out on Monday morning. At 7:58 am on Monday morning Karen from the office reached out to check on my condition and scheduled my visit for Tuesday morning. After arriving at the office I was greeted by the front office team who were wonderful. I was then brought in, right on time, and Dr Hays swiftly evaluated my situation and informed me that I would need a filling and a crown. The front office immediately gave me an estimate and checked on my insurance coverage. The procedure was completed without delay or pain and I was on my way by 11 am. At 7 pm that evening Dr. Hays personally reached out to check on my status. The office checked on me again the next morning. Parkside is a very well run office, Dr Hays is extremely professional and empathetic. His team across the board was excellent. This was by far my best dental experience ever. Both Dr. Elliot & Dr. Hayes are excellent dentists & people. I was very nervous about seeing a dentist after years of not seeing one. Everyone I have met with has been absolutely top notch at their job while being so positive & reassuring. They offer a valuable discount membership & created a treatment plan for my work needed that is more affordable than I expected. I had a tooth extracted by Dr Hayes less than 24 hours ago & have no pain other than a little tenderness to touch. Amazing work & caring staff! He even personally called last night to check in on me. I highly recommend this dentist office. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the receptionists to the hygienist, Trashon, to Dr. Elliott it was a terrific appointment. I learned quite a lot about dental care. Trashon was thorough, informative and very nice as was Dr. Elliott. They both acknowledged the care and attention I provide for my teeth. It was a pleasant experience all around. I left my last dentist due to an experience that triggered a childhood trauma. As a child my dentist didn’t use local anesthesia. My last dentist didn’t listen to my concerns and laughed. Dr. Elliott restored my confidence, and I feel comfortable returning.

They were great! Got me in right away when I told them I was in pain!
